Not to be mistaken with Nest restaurant and bar at Hotel Jen, this little cafe is tucked away on a hill in Spring Hill. Service was friendly and prompt. My coffee was good and had a nice flavour. Will be back to try the food next time.
Good place. They are catching up with the current coffee trend, Single Origin! My latte was served promptly by a very friendly young person with a big smile. He said "Have a good Friday!". That is great. Customers constantly came in, which shows how much they are loved by locals.
Hidden gem. This cafe is in its 3rd incarnation (formerly Cremosa and then Chic ) and here's hoping its also 3rd time lucky.
The coffees are made with great care using Paul Bassett beans from Sydney. The taste is smooth and mellow, the milk silky and the crema beautifully rich. And lovely latte art to top it off. Sit down and enjoy the coffee if you can as takeaway just doesn't do the coffee any justice.
The Spring Hill coffee scene is slowly catching up to its more famous Valley/West End cousins thanks to Cafes like this.
Highly recommended.
Best coffee in spring hill.
Best bet for lunch would be one of the gourmet burgers served with potato crisps on the side. There are three burger options on the menu, the most popular being a beef patty with bacon, caramelised onions, jalapenos, cheese and spicy chipotle sauce. There are also wraps, salads and multiple types of sandwiches.
