This is my local Pizza Hut and I swear it is the most incompetent store I have been to. Everytime, I order chilli AND garlic add-ons via the online app....there has been no garlic EVERYTIME. Even when I write in the "Special Instructions" to "PLEASE ADD GARLIC"...there is no garlic. Do you never have garlic in stock at this store? Whenever I order at my partner's local Pizza Hut in Redbank Plains, there are ZERO issues. Today is the nail in the coffin - I added pineapple to my pizza and they obviously forgot until after because they just threw on a bunch of raw pineapple on it.

This is such a good place to grab pizza. The waiting time isn't long at all and the value of the pizza is insane. There are a tonne of different pizzas with different options, like crispy or soft crust. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a quick pizza 🍕

I have ordered pizza with BBQ sauce and 6 wings for pickup but when I back home I found wings only have 5 and my pizza has no sauce, really disappointed.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. ORDERED over hour and a half ago. App said 40 min to delivery when we ordered. 5 hungry kids. Called after an hour, said “just about to be cut”. 15min away. Been 37 min since. Called again to be told “yeah 5 min. Sorry”. I said “we have 5 hungry kids screaming for the pizza we promised. Sorry doesn’t really cut it. We’re very unhappy and won’t be ordering again from you”. He said “I’m sorry won’t happen next time”. I said “no there won’t be a next time. This is horrible. This is unacceptable”. He said “unfortunately after 6pm, there is a 70-80min wait”. I said “you should put something on the website because we wouldn’t have ordered. Delivery said 40min”. He then stopped responding to me and could only hear background noises so assume the phone got put down on counter. Waited 10sec and no response so hung up. I hope this wasn’t the manager or this place is doomed. Should also note it’s been about 15min since he said “5 min away”. $45 dollar order.

The box says “Share the good times” then you open it and get burnt garlic bread and chips without any salt or seasoning. 🤢

I usually order Dominos. Tonight I ordered Pizza Hut and my god I've been missing out on some great pizza! No more dominos for me. Pizza was steaming hot, super tasty and the delivery guy was great! Will always be back, thanks for a great meal.

Is this the last dinner? Looks like blue and purple painting that gonna poison me. I didn't notice the sauce name, so repentant to spend lots of money on it.

The worse experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. Ordered in store and waited about 20 minutes and when I went in to check up on my order they stated that the order hasn’t even gone through yet. There was heaps of people going in and ordering and coming out with their orders. Also, heaps of home delivers been made and when I stated that, they had no explanation for it. Don’t recommend going to the Pizza Hut in Stretton.
