We ordered our meals to dine in. We were given a number for our table. Counter guy was too busy joking with one of his mates. We waited 40 mins at our table. Our food didn’t come. When we took our number back to find out where the food was , we were told service genius mistakenly recorded our meals as take-away.

Went there a few times but nit anymore. They don't seem to be able to cook rice properly, it is always a bit undercooked. Not really authentic Mexican food, just Mexican inspired,but not done very well.

Google maps took us to the correct address but there was not the right restaurant. To get to the correct shop, you have to go up the stairs to access the side of the building where there is a selection of eateries. Great Mexican food.

Music is way too loud. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the guy serving, and when it finally got it, it was wrong, probably because he couldn’t hear me properly. People were leaving due to the loud music. When I asked him to turn it down, he just replied with “sorry” as if there was nothing he could do. Really? Pathetic.

Chicken burrito created a feeling of illness in my head and heart, Lime Jarritos was toxic. This has ruined my good experience at Birtinya I am never going to Gyg again. 0/10

Ordered the regular nachos with pork, reasonable taste and portion size but where was the cheese? The cornchips were barely coated in cheese. Good crunch factor but lacking the indulgence of chewy yummy cheese. Pick it up GG

Actually don't mind this Tex Mex franchise which serves up great fresh simple food which happens to be good for you as well. I ordered some of the shoestring fries , what I like about these is the fact they leave the skin on& they always come out crunchy & delicious

First time having chips and nachos from here and they were okay especially the burrito bowl. Cheese werent the melted and they lack of flavours so wasnt too impressed. Casual fast food with not much to expect from

We usually get spicy chicken nachos for lunch as a team, it's reasonable, good portion and yum. I always put extra chilli sauce, coriander, sour cream and chilli to spice it up :)
