I was the receiver of an absolutely gorgeous luxury parcel with the most exquisite rich brownies - each wrapped beautifully and each different. The parcel and contents could not have been more impressive … it was such a surprise. Trust me, these brownies are so amazing - and even one goes a long way! I only recommend when something has highly impressed me - and this business has. Recommend!!!!

Very nice tea but dreadful, thick rimmed tea cups where the handles are too small. Says handmade luxury food! Cakes look good but beware. Very stale. Carrot cake was dreadful. Icing was solid and cake texture dry and that funny stale taste. Sadly I never learnt from my first disappointment here. Service equally slow/bad. Prime position but just badly managed. Obviously absent owners with too much money and little care factor.

Ordered the Raspberry Milkshake Cake for my friend's 50th birthday. It looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious. It was a white chocolate mud cake and it was really moist. I would highly recommend Della Mano cakes, we were not disappointed.

Delicious coffee and the small serving of a brownie is a sweet bonus. The chocolate mousse cake was absolutely lovely!

Oh Dello Mano, how we love you! If it were possible to give six stars I would have no hesitations in doing so. Some might consider you a little expensive at first but all such concerns disappear upon placing one of your truly awe inspiring, handmade designer brownie's in one's mouth. These alone would warrant a five star rating but your incredibly friendly, customer-centric service is an added bonus. Oh, I probably should mention that the coffee here is great too.

This place is amazing. For a couple of dollars extra you get a dessert orders of magnitude better than a standard dessert you'd get in a cafe or dessert chain store. Their cakes are richer than you could believe, delightfully varied, and leave you feeling clean afterwards.

Normally I have a coffee and cake every weekend when I go shopping, today (Public Holiday) open which was great. was told no cups as they were busy and only 2 staff, so had to get take away cup. I get that, but my cookie was also in a bag and had to get my "take away order' from country (see picture).
An owner or manager came along and wow we crockery, I would have waiter but no offer, list customer.

I was able to order this lovely brownie cake at 10:00am and pick it up at 2:00pm thanks to Bien who made sure I got the right cake, size and was able to pick it up from the factory so I could have it right away.
Allen, who made the cake for me was so lovely and re-made the name plaque for twice as I didn't express the spelling very well!
