Dreadful management. The food as you can see from the image which is time stamped was exactly 45 minutes late. Was it good, yes, very nice, but 44 minutes just is not acceptable. The young person serving us was excellent, they tried to manage the order but the kitchen had severe issues with managing orders. People served the same food before us was not helping. As a cook, not a chef, I've worked in extremely busy places, the key is to keep the order of service when cooking. That's where this has fallen apart. So who to claim? Young people being very busy with orders is not the problem. The problem is they haven't been trained to manage the orders, there was a manager there who could clearly see, and if he didn't he lacks in trading, that there was a huge issue with management in the kitchen. Serving 30 tables is not really a huge order. 3-4 people doing meals in the kitchen and 3 people taking orders and preping drinks and snacks is easy. This should not happen. Management get your act together. You have good young people YOU are letting them down and the company down by not training and not managing. Why 1 star? Because we missed a hair cut appointment and almost had to pay extra to leave. 30 minutes from order to served would be almost stretching acceptable. 15 minutes is what it should be with a bustly venue.

Wonderful customer service, clean restaurant and the food was very well cooked. The truffle mushroom melted in my mouth and full of flavour. Definitely will come back!

Came 20 minutes before work and needed something for breakfast that is gluten free. Didn’t have many options at other cafes and was pleasantly surprised by the manager offering to do me some toast on the go. Manager who served me was very knowledgeable. Will be back.

Ceasar burger was delicious! Absolutely not greasy, chicken was soft, juicy bacon. Everything was perfectly cooked!
Smashed avocado was very fresh and tasty. Tea and coffee was great! Fantastic experience!!!

I had a bad experience at another Coffee Club two days ago but decided I would chance a visit to the Chermside franchise and what a turnaround. When I placed my order there were twenty-eight (28) people seated and a further seven (7) in line to order, this was supported by four (4) staff. The service was first class coupled with well brewed coffee and a delightful flat grill sandwich. Delivery time was eight (8) minutes. Food, polite service, quick meal supply, excellent.

Loved when they had the spicy Siracha chicken eggs benny on the menu. Would have much preferred real avocado as the reconstituted stuff tastes like old lemons. A good trusty breakfast go-to but not the best option available.
