Awesome service!! Food was well made but my reason for good review was the helpfulness from the staff.
Our reasoning for our visit was to get the 2metre inflatable sub pool toy. Staff at the shop halfway through our order informed us that they had run out of the toys but were very helpful in calling a nearby subway and reserving one for us there!!

Not a reflection on the staff because the staff are always amazing. It’s management/owner who is the issue. Delivery orders taking 2 hours is crazy. Turn off delivery as an option if orders are going to take 2 hours!! You’re setting your staff up for abuse from customers who are far less understanding!

Always Bad. Super busy and they will happily serve you frozen food. One time my online order took 35 minutes and I'm watching people being severed ahead of my 15 minute pre order. Owner doesn't care staff is always different

Great salad at 0900 sat morning

Crumbs food under fridges and appliances
The grill for AC hasnt been cleaned in months
The cutting boards are brown and worn out

Visited the store 3 times now. Taste good. Good service. One chick was a bit distanced when ordering but she made a great sub! We all have an off day I guess. Shop clean and tidy.
Changes to 4 stars as a repeat visitor. Ive had no issues. Food just as i ask and always correct change. Just one chick doesn't seem to want to be there. Otherwise rest of staff are friendly and great. They do get busy
So chill out and wait in line.

This is the worst subway.

We don’t usually have a good experience at this subway, but today, 12th September at about 1pm, was shocking.
I think the team members name was Hayden who served us and boy does he need some training on customer service, I’m 99% sure you shouldn’t respond to a customer with “huh” and “what”.
There’s a few staff there that try and hold this place together but the majority is bringing it down at an alarming rate.
Staff lack enthusiasm and basic customer service skills and you feel the dwindling atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
I am sure you would be losing customers to the Subway at Wynnum Plaza.
