What EPIC pepperoni is advertised as looking like on the Pizza Hut page Vs what 3 x EPIC pepperoni pizzas look like in reality!! Not worth the money. What you can’t actually see is the hair that came along with the pizza 🤢 Since when do the toppings not get to the edge either?!

Normally I have great experiences with this pizza hut but I was massively let down. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday night. The pizza was over an hour late getting to my address. When the driver showed up he was face timing another person and it was that loud I could hear it in my house. The driver was not wearing any uniform at all. There was no apology for it being late, the drive just shoved the food into my partners arms and left. The food was not in a bag to keep it warm and when I sat down to eat it the pizza was barely warm.
What has annoyed me the most is that I made a complaint with the manager and I haven't heard back from them even after being assured someone would get back to me.

Our food was dumped on the front porch and the driver couldn't even bother knocking on the door or ringing the bell. We live less than 1k from the shop and you get cold food. Don't bother ringing to put in a complaint, according to the staff, the customer is always wrong. Can't be bothered ever using Pizza hut again. There are better pizza shops only a little further away.

I had not tried Pizza hut in a while and thought it would be fair to give it ago, how wrong i was. I ordered a creamy chicken and bacon pizza which cost an extra $4. i accepted this and awaited my chicken and bacon dinner. What arrived was a disgrace. not only was the wonky slice cutting awful. I swear to any gods above that there would have been more toppings on the floor of the pizza shop then what i got on that pizza. I counted 3 slices of mushroom, 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of bacon. amongst an awful cream sauce that did not even cover the base. i doubt there was 4 dollars of anything on that pizza, there were 2 slices that had no topping at all apart from the sauce. The us army doesn't recruit people below a certain IQ and i wonder if whom ever made this pizza would pass the bar. I will vehemently be against any order from pizza hut in the future with standards like this.

Abysmal service. Pizza is consistently delivered late and tonight was over half an hour late. I had ordered it 40minutes prior to the time I had requested (was only 2 pizzas) and the extra topping I had requested were not on the pizza. Don't bother trying to contact the shop direct - 3 times and no answer.

It was a Sunday. 3 people working. No one wearing uniform. Staff could be more welcoming. The person that served me didn't seem to know how to use the computer. Meatballs were good though.

Got pizzas for my family and 3/4 were terrible. Not only are the pizzas more expensive than dominos but greatly inferior. Will never go there again. Go to dominos. (Check the burnt thin and crispy meat lovers photo, ive had frozen pizzas better, no joke)

Couldn't get a receipt or a takeaway menu and when I tried to provide feedback using two different feedback systems it failed.<br/><br/>First one was supposed to give a free medium cheese pizza, but needs a five digit store code - this store has a four digit code so won't work. Second one spent five minutes searching for the store name and then froze.<br/><br/>Rang the store, Manager apologised, but didn't offer to provide the free medium cheese pizza even after I provided the feedback in person. Feedback shouldn't be so hard to provide if interested in the customer experience and when it goes south, so easy to make good, but apparently not......<br/><br/>Not good enough for an international franchise with significant corporate support.

Ham tastes funny. Ordered MIA with ham and cheese and ham was inedible and tasted salty. It just tasted horrible and not like ham at all. I phoned them later and asked what type of meat it actually was and what percentage of ham it was but no-one could tell me. Maybe I shouldn't complain if it's a $4.95 pizza but is this how they manage costs? Downgrade the type of meat used?
