I have waited to review this place until I gave it more chances. 4 more chances in fact. The first bad experience we were a table of 5. Not one meal was right, over cooked steaks, wrong sauces, raw chicken parmigiana, the chips looked like they had been in a hot box for 3 days and our entrees never came. But places have bad days so we tried again several times as it’s our convenient local. Rude staff that look like they hate their job.
Last night was the last time this place gets our money. We were a party of around 50 guests and there were still other customers inside. They came around at 8.50pm and called last drinks as they are closing. Well done!!
I own a local business with clients always asking for recommendations of places to dine, we used to love Carindale hotel but you’re officially the last place we would send anyone to now.

Wow! Tonight’s dinner was spectacular! I had the new chicken item on the menu with this truffle gravy and I am in love! Super keen to come back and try it again soon - thanks Chef Kenny! Compliments to the chef!!!

Get with the times. Before even offering you a greeting, smile, glass of water or menu and aggressive waitress will greet you here asking for your ‘check in’. As we proceed to do this and asked for a menu she retorted that she needs to see out check in first. Here’s a tip guys, you’re there to serve customers not be combative and rude with them. I’ll stick to Manly Deck or any of the bars around Wellington Point instead

A lovely venue to kick back and relax. However, the drinks are ridiculously priced. We purchased a Jack Daniels and coke and this came to $15.60. We also purchased a Virgin Sunrise which is a non-alcoholic drink and it came to $10.40. The drinks are exorbitantly priced, which will make us think twice about coming again.....

We made a booking for the Bistro on Mother’s Day and it was confirmed. Arrived to NO available table for us (8 people). Had to be seated outside at a high table with bar stools - my 89 year old mother found that very uncomfortable and difficult to get up and down off the stool. Food never arrived at the same time so some meals were finished and we queried the other meals. Blamed Covid!! Very disappointing experience.

Extremely helpful and friendly wait staff, and quick turnaround on the food. Prices are a bit steeper than elsewhere but the higher standard of service does reflect it.

Very tasty and healthy middle eastern food that's fast and filling. Down the Glasshouse end of Carindale Westfield, enjoy some fresh grilled meats, salad, dips and warm bread as opposed to a kebab, for a change!

First time here for lunch. I ordered a veggie pide, which was prepared fresh resulting in a wait of about 10 minutes. The bread was delicious and the fillings were pleasant enough. Garlic was the predominant flavour. I felt that overall the dish needed more flavour.

A nice option do lunch. This place has been in Carindale as long as I can remember and is now in the Glasshouse (the newest food court). The felafel plate, felafel kebab and pides are all good. The salad is a bit dull but fairly standard kebab fare.

The first time I had a kebab here, i felt ripped off as they gave me just the scrap dried out lamb bits from the bottom of the tray. Well thought maybe give it another go and same thing! Horrible !

I love this place! It is better than any other Turkish/Mediterranean place I have been to (even the expensive places). Need to be patient though as great food needs a little bit of extra prep/cooking. But very much worth the wait. This isn't like McDonald's where everything is ready to go in 1 min, it's fresh, healthy and delicious!!!! <br/>IT'S A MUST GO!!!
