Came here on the recommendation of a security guard working in the mall and enjoyed the decor and outdoor seating area. Coffee was good but staff seemed disoriented with serving customers as we were approached with the wrong order and our number/buzzer wasn't taken away after our order was delivered.

My friends and I came in to the store on Valentine’s Day. Employee, Declan was very friendly to me and made my day that little bit better he was very helpful and patient. I would reccomend this store to my friends and can’t wait to come back. Keep up the good work!

Would have given them 5 stars but found the staff not friendly, when we walked in they were all talking in the cocktail bar. No one told us to grab a seat or even a hello, which does irritate me a bit. But the quality of the food did get them the 4 stars and would go back again.
A lovely bar with an interesting interior design. The menu is very creative. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The waiting time was long though.
My nephew had a party on Sunday, which was just awesome btw. Amelia was our host and treated my son who has ADHD, with upmost respect. Thankyou so much for your patience with my son, I’ve never seen so much compassion from staff before. I guess I’ll have to come back for his birthday!!

Heavenly desserts and creative cocktails!
Located in the heart of the newly renovated Pacific Fair, this Cowch Dessert Cocktail Bar hasn't been open for too long yet.
It offers a wide range of menu options that will have you in a sweet sugary rush and your tastebuds begging for more.
While o the pricier side, i certainly cannot complain about the quality of the deserts being dished up. Been here with the family 3 times in a year
Amazing food and service! The drinks we had made by the bar tender Mollie were crazy delicious and the food was awesome! We will definitely be back!
Wow wow wow!! Chocolate overload, such great food and great atmosphere. Staff were amazing. Tyneal (the manager) especially was amazing made my whole family laugh and couldn’t recommend this place more 😍
On a recent trip to the Gold Coast with my girlfriend, I made my stop into cowch at pacific fair as I always do without fail each trip. I was so excited to see they had a special menu dedicated to Nutella OMG!! Amazing!! It was absolutely delicious and well presented as always. You guys are definitely always delivering the goods. I recommend you to everyone I know heading to the Gold Coast. Always a fun time great vibe and excellent service from the staff. Stevie and tyneal looked after us very well so lovely very bubbly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff at cowch I always keep an eye on your instagram to see what delicious creations you guys are creating next. See you next trip.
A great place for desserts and shakes. Went to grab some take away shakes and it was good. The atmosphere and setting of the cafe is quite interesting. Menu had a lot of shakes and desserts to choose from. Service was nice and friendly too. Music was good and you could request your choice of song as well. Would definitely go back for dessert.
Cowch Broadbeach is a spacious dessert place with lots of unique cow-themed decor. I came here for dessert with friends and we really enjoyed ourselves. There was the DIY option to put your desserts together and the choice of gluten free pancakes and crepes! Staff were also really lovely.
Yummmmm this place was wonderful, amazing desserts, great drinks and friendly service! Highly recommend and definitely added to our regular spots when visiting the GC
First time having an after dinner dessert at Cowch. They were quite busy so there was a little wait. The dessert was delicious. Great ambiance.

What an amazing place for a nice dessert, I made a special booking to bring my partner here after I proposed to her. Natarsha and her team set up a beautiful table with roses and chocolate dipped strawberries and made our evening even more special.
Door host Jahliana was absolutely amazing to deal with and offered us some wine on arrival and checked in on us through the evening and also gave us plenty of time to enjoy our dessert. She was also kind enough to take some beautiful photos of us that evening.

Such a great place. Best thing about it is that they're open till late- 11pm. Can't think of many places that do that. The desserts and every thing on the menu is so good!! Love the ambience
Sweet cocktails that are out of this world plus pizza was lovely and staff were friendly!
The cocktails were an absolute must! I had the timtam one and my friends enjoyed the nutella one - apologies that I can't narrow down the names further! They are extravagant and just divine, creamy yet light.
The pizzas were yummy but I do think I prefer the max Brenner pizzas, only because the base was a little bready for my liking.
Waffles unfortunately were a let down. Our cookie sandwich one was dry and doughy, we couldn't eat it ( and not because we were so full).
Overall I have to go back and try all the cocktails, AMAZING!
