A great restaurant. Friendly fast service. Comfortable chairs. Plenty of room. Big menu and hearty portions of tasty food served quickly and hot. Fresh seafood all locally sourced. Gorgeous steaks. Well priced drinks. Fantastic coffee. A real proper restaurant. None of this wilted tofu served on kale powder in a glass spoon rubbish. Come here if your hungry and love hearty Mediterranean cuisine. We had veal Mediterranean. Grilled snapper. Garlic bread ( which was crusty baguette with plenty of garlic. Not tip top bread) and a 300gram fillet which was very tender.

We came here for batter fish originally for a gf, but she ended up choosing a steak. She said it was totally amazing! 10-10 how ever she didn’t like the bacon wrapped around it:-(

Located in a very busy area in Broadbeach, we found George’s based on our host’s recommendation. Well, it lived up to the reputation. We tried salt and pepper squid for our entree. The squid was fresh, cooked to perfection, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. It was a pleasant entree. For main, we ordered the seafood platter, it was pretty big for one person with three king prawns, 3 halves bugs, grilled baby octopus, butter rice and green salad. The seafood was all fresh, juicy, cooked to perfection. My favourite was the baby octopus which was grilled with lime leave, lemon juice and spice. It went really well with the butter rice which by itself was a bit bland but made perfect sense eating with the seasoned octopus. Strongly recommend this platter as it was a good value for money. Only$49.5. I found the price here was reasonable compared to other places but the food was definitely a step up from others we have tried.
Love this place have been here multiple times while on holiday and it has never disappointed. Came here with 5 other friends and we all had great dishes. The seafood is fresh and I highly recommend the octopus starter. The eye fillet steaks are to die for. This place is always my first dinner destination on holiday and the service is great.
Not often i give out a 5!!!! Can genuinely not fault much about this place!! The food was excellent, the service was excellent (very friendly and accomodating), they had a Collingwood jumper hanging up on the wall (excellent ;)), awesome decor inside, even clean toilets and great location in broad beach
For entrees we had scallops, seafood choder, kilopatrik oysters, garlic bread. If you like seafood then definirely get those entrees as they were very fresh and satisfied my seafood craving. For the main I had the seafood marinara. Also tried my dads carbonara. I hundred percent recommend both of them.

Outstanding restaurant. We chose it based on hearing another couple coming into the restaurant saying "we're back" and now I see why. We will be saying the same for our final night of our holiday. I had two starters rather than my normal main course because there were too many tempting dishes on this menu. Fortunately they offered several dishes as both an entree and main. I chose the crispy pork belly and the garlic prawns. Both fantastic and the prawns came in the best creamy garlic sauce I've ever had anywhere in the world. My other half chose the steak which was equally exceptional and every other dish that came out looked delicious. The service was fantastic particularly an older gentleman (from Milan) who made my my 6 year old feel very special as only Italians do.
Fantastic!. I dine out at least three to four times a week and Georges rates high on my list of favourites. Food and service is great and we always have a wonderful experience. Have been coming here for years with friends and clients. Must try the Snapper and Macadamia prawns. Seafood platter is also hard to beat.
We wete referred to it for the seafood. We were not disappointed the garlic prawns were delicious however missed the Mediterranean flavours. The seafood chowder was excellent however not gluten free. We shared the seafood Platter for one. Yes gluten free as everything is grilled to perfection. The staff were excellent.

This was my favourite restaurant in the Gold Coast. Great menu with vegetarian options, which is great for carno-veg couples like me and my wife.
While our food was perfection, the whole night was topped off by the friendly and personal service.
The team at Georges provided the most attentive service I have experienced in Australia.

Fantastic customer service, welcomed and sat instantly by George, and served by Scott. Scott recommended my meal today, starting with the most delicious bruschetta, and followed by the best barramundi I have ever eaten, accompanied with a delicious sauce. Pinot Grigio was nice too. I can’t fault the food or service. Thank you gentlemen. I really enjoyed my time at your establishment today ☺️

Such a delightful atmosphere. Beautiful food. We enjoyed every single thing, all was cooked perfectly, and they effortlessly tended to our dietary requirements (gluten free and dairy free) with no hassle at all. We had a fantastic waitress, Artemis, who is an absolute pro. And loved watching the whole team do there jobs super well on what was a busy night. Looking forward to going back.
This place has not changed in 15 years since we used to be regulars, and we couldn't be happier about that! The food is exactly the same and so brilliant. Don't fix what's not broken!! Try the Penne Bugs, we never get sick of them!
The portions are generous and absolutely everything is packed full of flavour, great value. The staff are so lovely and love to have a play around. such a welcoming atmosphere.
