Very comfortable stay, I was able to check in early after getting in on the red eye from Perth. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed, and amazingly hot shower! Short walk to convention Center. Tidy and well designed apartment, and very quiet, I think I was the only guest on the floor. Nice views from the balcony. Looks true to the photos on the website. Would happily stay here again
My family has lived here many times, a wonderful place to stay, walking distance to everything you need. Great local restaurants. The ambience in the hotel is warm and heartfelt. View on all sides are great. The Manager and staff are so welcoming and attentive to every detail. Practically perfect in every way.
Absolutely brilliant. From the check in lady at front desk last sat evening (shorter darker hair - Should of got her name praise her to the manager) to the magnificent views from our room i couldn't fault the place. Pool is huge and clean, room was clean and spacious and was a perfect stay. Mattresses probably due for replacement but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
My husband and I made a last minute reservation after finding Avani Broadbeach on google. I rang to request the room a half an hour earlier.
The gentleman on the phone was helpful above and beyond. Thanks to him, the room choice was outstanding. So lovely meet him at the desk and be spoilt by his attention. Everything is very clean and very well appointed.

Very friendly staff. The room I stayed in is an oceanfront room that makes me feel more like a resort. Convenient location. There are many restaurants, takeaway shops and Woolworths near the hotel. If you cook in the room, you need your own seasoning. One of the highly recommended hotels for staying in Broadbeach.
Amazing place, very friendly and sweet staff, clean and tidy… I mean I’ll definitely be back! Close to she Pacific Fair shopping centre and Oasis which was super convenient, and staff was extremely helpful after needing to add another night stay when my sisters and I got our flight cancelled last minute.
From the moment we checked in with Terri at reception our 3 night stay has been pure bliss! Terri was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as she found a room that was available for us to check in earlier! Thank you!
The views from the room were wonderful, we booked an Ocean suite. Loved the decor in the room and the bed is oh so dreamy! It was super comfy and soft! We enjoyed all the cooking facilities and coffee machine. Air con was fantastic and very responsive! The spa down near the pool is divine, we wish we used it earlier in our stay!
An easy walk to the local beach we got up for sunrise for 2 of our mornings. Woolworths was an easy walk and we bought a few things that lasted us all 3 nights. Casino is in walking distance and we walked to Cavill Ave which is about 45mins, we got the tram back.
Had a very relaxing stay and we hope to be back to try the restaurants! Thanks Avani!
