As this bakery is transitioning into ""Crumbs" bakery, I'd just like to say that I'm so fortunate to have been able to sample their pizza bases from a kind "end of day" donation to my local place of work from them,well these pizza bases are the best I've ever had, and now I regularly go in to buy my own, because they help to make the absolute best pizza's I could hope for in home made pizzas. In contrast to previous comments, the staff here are absolutely awesome. Thanks to all there. You know I'll be back.

Today I bought a sourdough and it was not what I normally buy from them. Nothing similar to a sourdough. It’s a shame this business has possibly changed administration because the products and quality are nothing like before. This looks more like a baker’s delight now, than an artisan bakery. Not coming back, at least not for sourdough. Today it would be only 1 star.
Great and original sourdough bread recipe. Always friendly staff and always fresh bread.

Have been keen to try this bakery for a while, finally did today. White sourdough was on par with the Coles’ artisan white sour dough but more expensive. Hard as a rock, tough to eat and tasted like it was baked at least two days before. Would not go back. Staff were very nice though.

I had the plain mince pie, and I would rate it as one of the best I have ever had. The crust was outstanding. The bake was perfect, and I loved the short crust base and flakey top. Yum! The filling was spot on. Tender beef with ample gravy and an excellent balanced flavour. I liked that it was not over flavoured like many "gourmet" pies tend to be. Simple perfection. Good job! Service was acceptable.

The Estonian Rye Sourdough is legitimately the best bread I've had since moving to Australia. Since I moved here, I completely stopped eating breads as most of them are way too fluffy for my taste but this one is absolutely perfect.

I ordered gluten free chocolate hot cross buns. The baker called me back to confirm my order and suggested using a mix of chocolate in them. They are absolutely delicious! Staff are really helpful. Thank you very much!

I bought a dozen (originally wanted 9 but was talked into buying 12,) on Easter Saturday. Very dissapointed and quite annoyed to find they were very stale. As the stores were closed on Good Friday I assume they were baked on Thursday. Not good enough. Cost $15 plus a surcharge for public holiday I feel I was really ripped off. Won't be returning.
