I go here all the time for lunch and every single time without fail the food is wonderful, staff are always friendly and the unique style menu really puts it in a different category from most other contenders nearby. The Mango-Lime Granita is one of my favourites and I definitely recommend trying it! The El-Cubano Cuban Sandwich is also one of my fav food items if you're thinking about heading there for lunch like I am! Well done guys!! Keep it up!
Hands down some of the best service from their staff from start to finish. There was a mistake with the order and instead of trying to cover it they provided options and solutions while being friendly throughout.

Watched the movie Chef and immediately after we craved cubanos!! We came here to try the cubanos and for my first time trying it, it was really good! The mustard really balances out the flavour of the cubano. However, I just feel that they should have used the more appropriate bun to a cubano than the one they serve. Their fries are amazing, dare I say the best I’ve had so far! Nice and crispy and fluffy! Will come again!
Situated on the top floor of Pac Fair shopping centre, this cafe is one of the only cafes in the shopping centre that had a breakfast menu. There was plenty of seating but no table service. Food was ordered at the counter and a buzzer was retrieved in return. I ordered a bacon and egg burger and was delighted with the ooze of the yolk down the side of my fingers as I took my first bite. My friend ordered an egg benedict dish which looked amazing. Service was relatively fast Would return!
Pit stop for a quick coffee. The confident Barista tells me the coffee here is great so I ask for a large double shot latte. Surprisingly, it costs only $4.40!
Buzzer goes off, meaning our coffee is ready. Well. the coffee is very good, certainly a 4 but not quite 4.5! Thank you guys!
This place has the most friendly staff who make sure they get to know the regulars and really appreciate their customers. Good food and a great variety. Best coffee at Pacific fair 👌🏼
Great place to relax and have a coffee / desert in the breezy food court. We had the iced coffees and almond croissant and could not be happier with the quality of both. Only negative is not table service, but this is really nit picking.
We just got off the plane, needed to go find somewhere to have breakfast and came to Pacific Fair and stumbled upon Coco Cubano. We weren't expecting to much but what a surprise. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The simple poached eggs with avocado was delicious with lots of flavour and the breakfast waffle was equally delicious. If you looking for somewhere to eat, highly recommended this place with the friendly staff .
Very impressive place in the new section of Pac Fair. You can't miss it - it's full of energy and the South American style music is pumping on a Friday night...
Here's my thing with Coco Cubano. I absolutely loved it - the coffee was brilliant, my wrap was tasty, enjoyable and not greasy, but the price point is somewhat confused. It feels slightly better than your typical food court place, but at the end of the day it's just another!
Yet for a wrap, Cuban sandwich (with a very tiny chips), a coffee and a rum we paid almost $50. That'd stop me from going back too regularly, which is a shame because there's so much upside!

We had two of the best chicken sandwiches ever. The chicken was so tasty and all the sauces incredible.
The froze drink a winner on a hot day as were the frozen mock-tail frappes. Iced coffee so good too. The chips were outstanding and we had this amazing caramel milk with lashings of thick caramel. This is a really indulgent place and I am salivating thinking of it now!
Had the southern fried deluxe burger, and was pleasantly impressed with it, highly recommended and the coffee here is also fantastic
Definitely will be back! The food was amazing and the triple choc shake i had was stunning. Everyone was apologetic about the wait, but despite me being behind about 10 people in line, both the food and drink were served within 10 minutes. The gentleman that made my drink (Daniel) was a legend. Apologised for the wait and when i spilt some and wiped it up, he made a joking remark about my paycheck coming in next week. A real legend and am excited to come back!
First time here and the food was tasty. Ordered beef loaded fries & southern chicken tenders. Drinks & food were ready in good time. The only annoying thing was the credit card surcharge which was not mentioned at the point of sale. With Covid & hardly anyone using cash these days, I don't think businesses should be charging fees for customers keeping their staff safe. Build it into the cost of your food if you have to, otherwise people feel like they are putting their hand in their pocket a second time.
