I went here for something to eat before work. I ordered the spinach and feta parcel. It had a lot of spinach and it didn't seem to have much feta, I don't like too much feta anyway and Seeing lots of spinach makes me feel less guilty. The parcel was delicious and the lady serving me was nice.

Love a pie from here. Not the be all and end all of pie places but still does the fix. Wish was open on Sunday's 😭😭😭😭😭 they have burgers and such but jus hit up dem pies for sure.

Pies and more. After a busy afternoon battling the crowds and buying up big at nearby Mediterranean Wholesalers, a quick and filling lunch was called for. My fellow food shopper spotted this simple bakery with its claim of the best sandwiches in Sydney Rd. The couple sitting at a street table had food which looked good, so we took the chance and were pretty happy with the results.

Two huge wholemeal sandwiches made fresh and packed with fillings plus two drinks were less than $20. The ham and cheese toastie had heaps of flavour. My roast vegetable and cheese one was so good that my friend ate the other half despite declaring she was already full halfway through her own. Coffee was decent too.

And the service was sensational - fast, friendly and thoughtful. Water outside the fridge - fine. Toasted sandwiches turned to cook perfectly. Expertly handling the waves of people walking in and getting their orders through quickly. This business deserves to do well.

I CANT STOP!. I work across the road from Georgie Pie and never has a day gone by where i havent either bought a chicken n wine pie (absolutely to die for!) or one of their huge freshly made sandwiches... highly recommend this place if youre a pie lover, friendly service and delicious food :)
