Honestly the best ice-cream in WA, I never miss an opportunity to stop by. Their pistachio is simply to die for.

Great customer service, stayed open for me a bit later than they usually would which I appreciated and I didn't feel rushed and could sample the ice-cream. Would recommend the trip to Bunbury from Perth just for this.
