This restaurant allows you to pick and choose your dish. Perks of customising a your meal is that you can control exactly what you eat. Everything comes out freshly and fast. Waiters could be more attentive but I guess most Chinese places have average customer service.
Amazing authenticity, purely northern/sichuan style grilled fish , exactly taste like and feels like what you eat in china, the perfect place if you pick on the taste of food. But stupid rules like surcharge on credit card payment ? And is's bit of crowed and noisy. FYI, check your bill before your u pay , they often make mistake and overcharge you

A traditional Chinese Restaurant which cooks grilled fish so perfectly which reminds me of my home.
I strongly suggest you come along with 2 or 3 friends. Because the grilled fish is extremely huge enough to be shared by 4 people. It's a pleasure sitting around with friends, chatting lively with each other, and enjoying the delicious food.
As for fish, there are two choices: Live fish and fresh fish. Live fish means they pick up a live fish and kill it instantly after you place the order. The other one means that the fish has previously been killed and stored in the fridge. Though the former one sounds fresher, the latter one is much cheaper.
The second step is to choose a flavour. Most of the flavour is spicy, and grilled fish is best suitable for spicy flavours. After 30 mins waiting, the fish is served in a big plate with Carbon heating it underneath. The smell is so nice. The fish tastes tender and the spicy soup makes it nicer.
There are also other choices if you don't like the fish. I had a try with #Hot and Spicy crayfish# It's juicy and you have to be really careful eating this. Because the juice may be spilt on your clothes. Anyway, the crayfish is fresh and tasty as well.
There are also other Chinese dishes that I love deeply. In general, it's a splendid Chinese restaurant which is almost the same in my hometown. And many pedestrians who passed by the restaurant would be attracted by those nice-looking food and stop.
All my friends who originate from Xi'an recommend this restaurant for it's authentic flavour .The grill fish was great with spicy taste. The grinds were crispy and the fish body was tender. In all, it's really pleasant experience eating here.

Must try their grilled fish, spices are absorbed into the fish flesh so flavour is extra tasty. Side dishes are nice too. Service is ok.
Nice Xian fish here. We ordered 2 fish hotspots for 5 adults and 2 kids and we couldn’t finish it. Serving size is good and the food is delicious!
I enjoyed the spicy fish as well as the non-spicy one. But if you can eat a bit of spicy, make sure you pick the spicy version!
Service is ok and the waiter will do what they required but that’s all.

The grilled fish here is awesome!! Really lovely taste and the portion is big! I love the beer as well. Had a very good night with my mates.
