Have been a loyal customer at La Plaka for the past 3 years now and still come back every single week. Have always had the best experiences at such an amazing restaurant. The staff at La plaka are all so helpful and have the best customer service skills. The food is always lovely and cooked to perfection. The Argileh side at La plaka also receives a high score from me for how well they manage and produce great shisha. Overall all my experiences at La plaka have been great. My partner and I have been loyal customers for 3 years now and there is many more years to come. Mohammed and his team just get everything spot on. I highly recommend La plaka for all occasions
The place looks amazing. The food was to die for. I ordered the mix dip plater and the Mediterranean meat skewer a must have.

This restaurant is grand in decor and size.
Seating area is very spacious and the decor is beautiful.
I certainly enjoyed everything I ordered there. They have such a large Modern Australian and Mediterranean inspired, halal menu.
Dishes ordered:
500gr Arabian skewer: large charg-grilled skewer with chunky cuts of beef and chicken, served with salad, waffle fries (so crispy!), bread and smoky mayoz
Truffle & mushrooms risotto: my favourite.
Bbq chicken pizza: delish.
Accompanied with great coffee & refreshing strawberry and lychee crush mocktail.
Love this place few years ago and went overseas and came back and it is even better then when i remember. Friendly staff and the food is great will be coming back all the time now im back
The food and service are amazing. The la plaka chicken dish and the big seafood plate never fails to disappoint. Shisha is the best in sydney here too - fun atmosphere and they have the best service hands down
Great place to chill I am not sure about the food I havent tried eating there but the shisha is on the expensive side but good recommend it to check out
The feta and oregano fries was a bit dry and I felt like it would have been nicer if it had more potato, nevertheless, it still tasted great. I enjoyed the truffle and mushroom risotto, one of my favourites to eat whenever I come :)
Customer service is amazing, and management has improved heaps. Great food and argilahs. I will come back to this place for sure with my family and my mates
Came here with 2 of my friends first place i tried in Sydney and I can say that the service and food have satisfied me way more than I expected. I had La plaka Chicken and tropical thunder and smoked grape mint hookah. I will definitely come back to this place during my holiday in Sydney.
I had such a delicious Grilled Chicken Salad that it was like no ordinary salad. I absolutely loved the flavours used and the presentation was superb. Such a healthy choice to have on the menu.

Brought a number of friends here in the past and service is usually on and off. This one night, ordering hot water with lemon and honey took 10-12mins (we timed it for fun to realise it was actually this long) every time as if they're farming the lemons out the back or something.
Staff were decent when you chat with them but bit of a wait. Will visit again in the hope it doesn't take this long as it's a nice eatery. Their foods are tops and tasty, also a section available specifically for shisha.
