Just had our Mother’s Day dinner at SparQLing. The guys were on the ball with the reservations and walk ins coming through. We didn’t wait long to be seated. The moment a customer left the waiters had cleaned up in less than a minute making the table available to the next diners. The food was AMAZING! The ambience of the restaurant was perfect. The staff were very attentive. The food and desserts are reasonably priced. The food came out in good time considering how packed the place was. At the end of the night we were given 2 long stemmed red roses which was a beautiful way to end a special night. That was a very kind gesture and I thank the owners wholeheartedly. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect as usual ! � � � � �

My family and I had the best dinner, starting from the starters up till the wide variety of deserts. Spectacular food, and amazing service and lovely crowd.
Definitely I recommend anyone to pass by and enjoy a great meal.

The chicken burger with chips and lemon lime bitters was good. Burger and chips cooked well. Decent portion size too so I will come back and recommend.
We’ve been there for a few times now. A tad pricey, but totally worth it! The seafood, the pasta, the drinks, the waffles... everything was 10 out of 10 interns if taste. I could even taste the good quality olive oil in pasta. Loved the drink and dessert. Beautiful decor. Will go back.
I was really craving some sort of schnitzel paired with mushroom sauce and they had it on the menu! I ordered the Peri peri schnitzel with mushroom sauce (came with rice and salad) to share with my mum and a chicken and mushroom risotto for my dad. We added an additional chips (came with ketchup and aoili). It was legit the perfect amount for 3 hungry people.. The peri peri flavour wasn't the creamy heavy type but a tangy and true peri peri which was really nice. Didn't try any of the pizzas, might try them on my next visit.
I have been coming here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place and feel that's it probably the best on the Burwood Road strip of cafes and restaurants. Service is always outstanding as I always feel so welcome here. Pizza's are great and probably the most popular menu item but the 300gram eye fillet is really really good. I've had it a few times and it's always consistent. Look forward to returning soon.

✔️ I have been coming to Sparqling since they opened a few years ago and me and my family have been a regular ever since. The 4 brothers who own it are nothing but welcoming every single time. Their menu is one of the biggest varieties I’ve seen, with every dish being incredible. All of their food is to die for - tonight I was craving one of their burgers and their special burger sauce yummmmm!!! And don’t get me started on their dessert bar. Everything is insanely delicious - whether we have space in our tummies or not, we never fail to order a few different desserts because it’s just too good. Anything savoury or sweet you’re craving, don’t bother going anywhere else because this place has it all. Best food and service in the area. This place honestly deserves more than a 5/5.

SparQling has always been my mum's default pizza place to go to whenever she visits from overseas, due to their huge portion, decent food quality at a very reasonable price. And she loves that slight char on the woodfire pizza crust.
Personally, I particularly enjoy the Moroccan Chicken Salad, which is something I would order every time, the grilled chicken on top of the salad is not too dried, the salad dressing is sweet and citrusy, with the roasted cashew nuts being tossed with the mixed leaves, definitely my favourite!
Staff are always friendly and attentive.
I would not compare SparQling to other famous places in Sydney, as it'd be unfair to them considering how much food you're getting for that price....so to me it's more like a local friendly restaurant that I enjoy frequenting every now and then.
Oh also, they give you discount if you do takeaway, which is really great!
Pizza is good but lacks volume or weight. Toppings are delicious but not enough to compensate my for my love of moreish... chips are hand cut and delicious with their mayo and chicken salt. Burgers and steaks are huge more to my liking for quantiy and quality.
bookings usually aren't necessary for dinner in the week. a max 10 minute wait. would recommend the mexicana pizza, the classic burger and the penne chicken funghi pasta
The food it was well cooked and piping hot. We waited a short time for entrees and mains and the servers were attentive and friendly.
The portions are absolutely ENORMOUS, bring your football team here they will get a solid meal. The chicken parma was massive.
I wouldnt call this traditional Italian fare, more a bit of everything and the price is a little on the exxy side per plate. Overall a pleasant experience.

Yummy food and easy to get to as it's on the main strip of Burwood.
Can get quite packed but the turnaround isn't too bad.
Prices are okay but the vegetarian croquettes were a little bit exxy for what they were $30 for five pieces!
Service wasn't bad but it can be a bit hard to get the waiters attention when it's so busy.
Other than that, the food came out in a timely manner and was great tasting.
Presentation was okay but the mocktails could have looked better seeing as they're supposed to look like a cocktail!
Good place to bring family and friends but if you're going in a large group, I suggest booking in advance.
I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. Food is good, portions are good, pricing is good. Like every restaurant, there's always room for improvement. In this case, having a better playlist. It would be nice to hear less songs that have constant swear words. Another area you could improve on is the customer service. Whilst I have not had a bad encounter, the waitstaff aren't very present. They could smile a lot more and brush up on basic customer service skills.
This is thus far my favourite place to go to. Great service, great food, great food portions. Waitstaff were very attentive and friendly. The crepe wasn't all that special but it was still very nice to eat. I would come back!
Everything tastes good but nothing particularly special. Salmon risotto tastes great and the portion is okay.😬 Love street view when you are sitting outside.
Ate an early dinner here with a couple of friends. Was a little on the pricy side (other restaurants in Burwood Road were cheaper), however given the portion sizes, it was value for money. I had the penne with chicken, but we also ordered garlic bread, grilled haloumi, mixed grill and the tiramisu (very tasty).
Staff was friendly and attentive.
The burger itself was very nice, with fillings of beetroot, grilled onion, tomato, lettuce and BBQ sauce all served on foccacia bread. It was very fat and extremely messy to eat! Very unflattering and I would not recommend ordering this on dates - it is definitely not pretty to eat even though it did taste good! I also bumped into one of my architecture friends, V, who was also having lunch here!
There every night. Restaurant is packed all the time.. great service and amazing food. High turnover means fresh produce cant get any fresher.
Went for dinner on a fri night and the place was packed out. Even though it was so busy, our food was brought out pretty quick.
