Just had our Mother’s Day dinner at SparQLing. The guys were on the ball with the reservations and walk ins coming through. We didn’t wait long to be seated. The moment a customer left the waiters had cleaned up in less than a minute making the table available to the next diners. The food was AMAZING! The ambience of the restaurant was perfect. The staff were very attentive. The food and desserts are reasonably priced. The food came out in good time considering how packed the place was. At the end of the night we were given 2 long stemmed red roses which was a beautiful way to end a special night. That was a very kind gesture and I thank the owners wholeheartedly. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect as usual ! � � � � �

The chicken burger with chips and lemon lime bitters was good. Burger and chips cooked well. Decent portion size too so I will come back and recommend.
We’ve been there for a few times now. A tad pricey, but totally worth it! The seafood, the pasta, the drinks, the waffles... everything was 10 out of 10 interns if taste. I could even taste the good quality olive oil in pasta. Loved the drink and dessert. Beautiful decor. Will go back.
I was really craving some sort of schnitzel paired with mushroom sauce and they had it on the menu! I ordered the Peri peri schnitzel with mushroom sauce (came with rice and salad) to share with my mum and a chicken and mushroom risotto for my dad. We added an additional chips (came with ketchup and aoili). It was legit the perfect amount for 3 hungry people.. The peri peri flavour wasn't the creamy heavy type but a tangy and true peri peri which was really nice. Didn't try any of the pizzas, might try them on my next visit.
I have been coming here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place and feel that's it probably the best on the Burwood Road strip of cafes and restaurants. Service is always outstanding as I always feel so welcome here. Pizza's are great and probably the most popular menu item but the 300gram eye fillet is really really good. I've had it a few times and it's always consistent. Look forward to returning soon.
Simply great food, attentive service and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely will return with the family. Made to feel welcome from the second I walked into the venue. Thanks for a fantastic experience.
✔️ I have been coming to Sparqling since they opened a few years ago and me and my family have been a regular ever since. The 4 brothers who own it are nothing but welcoming every single time. Their menu is one of the biggest varieties I’ve seen, with every dish being incredible. All of their food is to die for - tonight I was craving one of their burgers and their special burger sauce yummmmm!!! And don’t get me started on their dessert bar. Everything is insanely delicious - whether we have space in our tummies or not, we never fail to order a few different desserts because it’s just too good. Anything savoury or sweet you’re craving, don’t bother going anywhere else because this place has it all. Best food and service in the area. This place honestly deserves more than a 5/5.

SparQling has always been my mum's default pizza place to go to whenever she visits from overseas, due to their huge portion, decent food quality at a very reasonable price. And she loves that slight char on the woodfire pizza crust.
Personally, I particularly enjoy the Moroccan Chicken Salad, which is something I would order every time, the grilled chicken on top of the salad is not too dried, the salad dressing is sweet and citrusy, with the roasted cashew nuts being tossed with the mixed leaves, definitely my favourite!
Staff are always friendly and attentive.
I would not compare SparQling to other famous places in Sydney, as it'd be unfair to them considering how much food you're getting for that price....so to me it's more like a local friendly restaurant that I enjoy frequenting every now and then.
Oh also, they give you discount if you do takeaway, which is really great!
Pizza is good but lacks volume or weight. Toppings are delicious but not enough to compensate my for my love of moreish... chips are hand cut and delicious with their mayo and chicken salt. Burgers and steaks are huge more to my liking for quantiy and quality.
