Wonderful restaurant with wonderful food and great service. A couple of nice cheeky Shiraz on the wine list also, can’t recommend it highly enough.
Thank you for a great evening, all 10 of us very happy indeed.
Had dinner here tonight with my wife while on our honey moon the food is spectacular and the hostess was fantastic was a really French experience I highly recommend coming here when in Byron bay
Firstly I’d like to say the waitress was lovely and full of energy. It gave a wonderful French vibe to the place. The food was nice but nothing to rave about. The creme brûlée however had really good flavour and texture. Generous serving of it too.
My husband and I went to the petit snail to celebrate my birthday, the services of the French waitresses are sweet and nice. Food are delicious, totally worth the money. Visitor shall go and give a try for sure.
Amazing food! Took me back to France!
We had the duck confit, pork and the chocolate foundant ❤️❤️❤️
Simple great and amazing service as well! Recommend 100%!
The service was really friendly and attentive. The food seemed very authentic with quality ingredients. The restaurant was so cute and cosy! Overall, wonderful experience!
Went here for our anniversary dinner and absolutely loved it! Service was amazing, loved the atmosphere and the food was beautiful. Would definitely return.
The food in Byron Bay exceeded expectations when the weather failed to live up to its usual sunny reputation post Cyclone Debbie. Our gastronomic adventure included the pizzas of Il Buco, the tapas at St Elmo, Mexican at Miss Margarita, and ended fittingly at The Petit Snail. With husband Gael at the helm in the kitchen, the charming and enthusiastic Lulu made us feel like guests at their home. Two course with wine is approximately $60 and three courses with wine $75. It was certainly worth it. Good French cuisine in Byron Bay; I would never have thought.
Very good customer service. We were very well looked after. The food is nice. Will be back with friends. We really enjoy the dining in experience in this little family restaurant. The atmosphere is so good, friendly and welcoming. Feel like somewhere in France especially when the music is on.
honestly one of the best dinners we've ever had... and we like to eat! the snails were so tender and delicious, and the venison terrine had layers of flavour. Chauby recommended perfectly paired wines and mixed a delicious steak tartare at our table. she knew her husband, Igor's dishes like the back of her hand and seemed so genuinely happy to be feeding us. she heaped sauce on our duck legs like a European mother and predicted perfectly how we would like to share everything. presentation was simple, the flavours speaking for themselves and nothing on the plate that hadn't been carefully considered. 3 cheeses (a Brie a goats and a delicious Roquefort) and a fabulous creme brûlée to finish with Sauternes. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Byron bay.
Wonderful experience and excellent chef. Transported us back to Europe. Thank you to the staff for the gracious service. We can't wait to come back!
Heart Warming Experience. Dominique, Igor,
I felt the need to come home and write this review straight away as never before have I felt so welcome in a restaurant. The Petit Snail is by far the best wholistic restaurant experience I have had, the food was amazing, the service impeccable and above all we were made to feel as though you were welcoming us and everyone else who arrived into your home rather than your restaurant. We will be back soon to enjoy some of Igor's amazing cooking again! For those who enjoy fine food, the scallops were amazing and if you like your steak blue, this is the place to have it.
