Wow, Jonsons Restaurant Bar is amazing, I was like enough to have had breakfast, lunch and dinner over 4 days in Byron Bay, each sitting was prefect from food, service, music and the most comfortable decor such a beauitful place to enjoy a meal and drink... I must say Gail the barista is amazing, making a great coffee and a prefect tea, and delicious cocktails, she is one of the many friendly staff at Johnsons.... I highly recommend Johnsons Restaurant Bar
Dropped in for pre dinner drink last night and then breakfast this morning. Sophisticated and contemporary. Owners have done a first class fitout. The food and service was spot on. Early call - Jonsons will be the place to be seen in Bryon...

Second time back at Jonsons restaurant during our trip to Byron and the food was yet again spectacular. My partner and I ordered the octopus entree which was accompanied with a beautiful red pesto sauce that was bursting with flavour. Then for main course we ordered the pasta specials, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with mushroom bechamel and the Bucatini all’amatriciana with pancetta and pecorino. Both pasta dishes were generous portions and had my partner scraping the bowl for every last taste. The staff were exceptionally courteous and delivered an impeccable service despite how busy the restaurant was. By far my favourite restaurant in Byron and would highly recommend. Would love a Jonsons restaurant back in Melbourne. Can’t wait to be back!
we came to the restaurant by recommendation of our B&B host, and what an amazing surprise! I had the risotto and my husband had the fish of the day (grilled mackerel). Both dishes were cooked to perfection and so delicious!

The fish of the day was fresh and very very good, with a citrus salad on the side that was seasoned just right. My wife’s seafood risotto had a deep seafood taste, very tasty as well.
