Delicate Japanese restaurant at the corner. Did not expect that I could have great Japanese food in the town. The curry was a huge portion that I can barely finish it!

Pretty nice little Japanese restaurant in the heart of byron bay. They only have around 5 tables, so could be difficult finding a table at peak hours. I had the chicken karaage main. The chicken was tender and juicy with generous portions - $15. Was going to try the sushi but the sashimi on display was very thinly cut.

Delicious food - been there multiple times, still #1 choice in Byron. The handrolls and curry are wonderful, also the chicken karaage.

Seriously underated. Not super busy which is a pleasent surprise in byron town. The miso egglant is amazing! Decadent but delicious. The teriyaki salmon and miso ramen were also fantastic! Will definatly be returning!

Ordered the shio ramen with added char siu, salmon nigiri & seared salmon. The salmon was very fresh and the ramen broth was really good. Def an underrated place. Will come back.

Great all three times I've been. Super tasty Japanese food. Delicious ramen, goyoza and sashimi. I loved the tuna karrage. Awesome friendly service in a laid back Byron style eatery.

This is a real hidden gem of Byron! Coming from Sydney I didn’t expect to eat such delicious Japanese food. The chicken katsu curry was one of the best I’ve ever had!

Great little gem of a place. Had the tuna sashimi, Teriyaki Chicken Katsu (served in a bowl with rice and salad) and a Japanese Curry with Chicken Katsu which was a very large plate (could have shared this plate and more sashimi for two). Service was fantastic and all the food was delicious.

An authentic Japanese street food experience. Good price for location, quality and atmosphere. We had ramen, teriyaki salmon and okonomiyaki. Would definitely visit again.

Such a great find! Recommended to book a table for dinners as this place gets packed out. Owned by true Japanese people, the food here is delicious and fresh and they have a HUGE selection vegan options. This is Japanese restaurant to go to if you're not a fan of raw seafood. The side salads of of the main dishes can honestly be a meal on its own. The Japanese Pancake although very saucy was surprisingly good, veggie ramen and the vegan sushi roll were also my faves. Best Japanese in Byron!
