Amazing! Well done guys. We're here on holidays from proserpine and will definitely recommend you guys to anyone, wether they're going to be visiting cairns or not. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely the best ice cream I have even eaten!
The chocolate is made from Lindor Balls! Need I say more!!!

I had the passion fruit mango sorbet and coconut. My husband had a salted caramel and PB ice cream. Delicious and generous serves.
Got the raspberry sorbet which was fresh and delicious. Its not the best gelato I've had, but it's pretty decent and worth a try. I won't mind returning to try their other flavours.

It was supposed to be a casual ice-cream stop post-dinner.
But we nearly got addicted after having the Mango flavored gelato. We returned for the lemon sorbet next night. Perhaps would have returned every night to buy and try each and every flavor! The options in macadamia, hazelnut, pistachio, caramel.ummmmm..humm..the best part its not as calorific as ice-creams!
And truly divine....
Definitely in the top 2 in a crowded market of ice cream shops. Walk around that block and count them! The dark chocolate sorbet is dark, and somehow creamy, not a sugary sorbet. A cairns gem.
Excellent gelato; friendly staff. Great combo! Both my wife and I had white chocolate on a cone. Very tasty. When eating at a nearby restaurant always save room for this heavenly gelato.
Great flavours and very much in the Italian style that I'm used to. Like lots of things. Just a bit on the expensive side, $4.90 for one scoop
Out the the many gelato shops in Cairns, this one caught our attention because of the kind lady who welcomed us. And while some stores, insist that you you can try only 1 flavour, this lady allowed us to try as much as we wanted. I'm assuming she was the owner. Great selection of flavours and after making up our minds we finally settled for Lindt Chocolate, Whisky cream and caramel. Everything tasted great, so no complains about anything. It's a family owned store and I think they have another branch besides this one. Glad to have discovered this place.
Gelato time! We came to Devine Gelato on three nights and managed to try all but a couple of flavours, as documented in this post with an embarrassing amount of gelato photos from the same place! They also have another shop (main shop?) just a two-minute walk away on Aplin Street, but it was the one on the Esplanade that we visited on all nights.
The best dark chocolate sorbet outside of France we've ever tasted.
Second vote for lindt chocolate gelato. Great gelato here u will not be disappointed. Over 2 days my family can recommend also macadamia and rum and raisin. Strawberry also not bad if u prefer fruit flavors but more my daughter's thing. Cookies flavor not as nice should have much more cookie bits. But if u love chocolate ice cream must try!!
Just tried their pistachio flavoured ice cream. Probably the nicest I have had in a while.
Ice cream was cold and hard, did not melt in the cone. The shop is very friendly, and can become quite busy.
Seating outside is plentiful, and under cover away from the afternoon sun.
Good value for your money.
It's no easy task to navigate and decide on an ice cream or gelato shop out of the numerous in Cairns. Hence, settling for the gelato at a place named 'Just Devine' has already set up some lofty expectations. I can happily declare that they live up to the sacred title with their creamy gelato and wide range of flavours. We were able to have a few tasters before choosing a three scoop cup of passionfruit, rum and raisin and gingernut crunch. They certainly hit the nail on the head with all three flavours which can be clearly differentiated and each takes your hand on completely different journeys. The rum and raisin is beautifully humming with the strong scent of molasses and a pleasant sweetness from bits of real raisin. The gingernut crunch has a slight ginger taste with crushed up gingernut snap biscuits scattered throughout, though it lacks a powerful presence to make it memorable. But if you want to talk about impactful, the passionfruit is a delectable force to be reckoned with. An unmistakable, sharp sourness is encapsulated in a single scoop, including snappy seeds that make you think you're actually eating passionfruit. The glorious gelato creations at Just Devine are something to be noticed by the gods along with measly mortals like me!
Big range of gelato with lots of very decadent flavours. There are a lot of ice cream shops in the vicinity but this is definitely one of the best. Big generous scoops! 2 scoops is probably too much for most people.
Decided to stop in on a Friday night after a big feed at the Greek restaurant on the corner.
Some of the better ice cream I've had.
I decided in the two scoop waffle cone with dark chocolate and passion fruit the other.
Was just so good, I always get chocolate as my first choice and this was amazing, the passion fruit was so fresh and real.
Pity I had such a full stomach but I totally enjoyed this ice cream.
Friendly staff on the night too.
Highly recommended.
There are a lot of Ice Creameries in the area, and by my perception this was the only one with a queue. But wow--I learned why. Fantastic flavours and generous helpings. Reasonably priced as well.
The only mild down-side was that the staff who served us was quick and inefficient, but perhaps not having the best day.
But overall, I couldn't give this anything but the full 5 stars!
Really tasty ice cream, but the real best part is the service! My little girl was so excited that she just started eating and all the ice cream fell down! The staff was amazing and gave her a new one immediately! With candy on top! I recommend!
This is the BEST gelato I’ve had in many years… yes, big call, but it was delicious. Sooo smooth and decadent. After finishing my ice cream, I asked about the process and the owner told me it takes them 2 days to produce each flavour! You can certainly taste the handmade difference (and the love!). Definitely worth the experience.
Really good sorbet, both lemon and passion fruit. Not too sweet, like many places make them. If they replaced the plastic spoons with bamboo ones, and had more energetic/ enthusiastic service, they'd absolutely get 5 stars.
