Come early as they don’t take bookings. Don’t worry too muxh if they tell you it’s a 40-min wait (it’s not really, although your food won’t come out all together). What is great about Matsuri is that they have such a wide variety of Japanese food and they do it all very well! Their sashimi is amazing and is dependent on what is available as they don’t accept second best. My favourite restaurant in Cairns!
