The sushi felt super fresh when ordered. I'd recommend looking at the menu and letting the server know what you'd like. Food comes faster and fresher.
Albeit a large part is the conveyor belt experience. There were not as many people the time we went, so belt food was limited, for good reason.

Amazing, yet unassuming, Sushi Train restaurant. My partner loves sushi and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even as a vegetarian, I really loved the food and staff were very friendly. Definitely a must try when in Cairns!

Must visit in Cairns! The best sushi I've had. Such great service, made right in front of you. Have been to this place many times and cannot recommend highly enough. We get the large katsu rice bowls and they're so delicious 🤩
