100% would recommend. The chips are great and fish and calamari tastes super fresh. The burger is just a good simple burger, well priced and very generously sized. My partner and I had almost given up on fish and chip shops until we tried here, so definitely worth the shot.

Yep, great classic fish and chips. We asked for crisp chips and they were crisp outside but still soft in the inside I ate the ones others couldn't. Fish was schnapper and basic cod and it was juicy and not oily Ample lemon wedges and sauces. We ate them in a beach side gazebo at sunset. Perfect

Best fish n chips we’ve ever had. I can’t say it was the cheapest or the biggest portion size but it was worth it!! We had the snapper and a serve of chips sooooo good!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Great fish, generous sizing and nice chips. They were about to close when we arrived but were very happy to make our order. A bit more expensive than most places but the quality was worth the extra cost.

I’ve been looking for the most delicious Fish and Chips on the coast and I have finally found it. Moffat Beach Take Away have fish delivered daily from sustainable waters, freshly made beer batter, frying oils changed regularly to ensure the purest flavors and plentiful portions. Tender and flaky fish is perfectly cooked until light and crispy while chips are crisp and fluffy. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Chose the moffat beach takeaway for an early lunch Saturday 05.03.2022. Was there at opening time 10.30am. Staff were friendly attentive and cheerful. Chose a seafood box. The grumbed cod was of the best quality I have had, as was the tempura prawns calamari and steak cut chips. My mum had a caramel shake with her calamari she said it was the best she has had in years. Highly recommended will go back. New favourite takeaway.

The fish and chips here is amazing. Got a family pack - think they use panko breadcrumbs and it’s sooo good. Calamari and chips also fab. Can eat on the beach so even better. Def 5 stars.
