This was an impromptu visit with some friends and it didn’t disappoint! Great service from the staff who changed the table to add me on as well as clean up the table, very prompt and with a smile 😊 Love the table ordering capability, no worries on splitting bills etc and very quick service from the bistro. The ladies had the seniors menu which they love the choices to be able to mix and match what they want and all reasonably priced. Plenty of options on the main menu and great indoor and outdoor seating as well as separate bar and dining areas, all very clean and presentable. Will definitely be back 👍

I attended the Melbourne Cup Day luncheon today, and it didn't disappoint. It was a fabulous day out to frock up and enjoy beautiful food and fun company. The staff were brilliant, available when needed and did what they could to make sure that everyone had an enjoyable time. The atmosphere was great and the host for the day was wonderful. Fun games and fashions on the deck. Thanks GBT!

To conclude our trip from Sunshine Coast, we have our meal at Goldern Beach Traven. I love their décor and plants around the Traven. Meals are excellent, and our kids love them—also, an outdoor play area for kids.

Such a great Tavern. The service was wonderful and so friendly. The new menu is something to try. We had schnitzel, lamb shank and fish and chips and all I could say is compliments to the chef. The food was well cooked and hot when it arrived at our table. The table was cleared when we had finished eating while we were still there which was great. This is definitely a place I would go back to when holidaying in Caloundra. They also have accommodation on site if needed. Close to town.

Absolutely devine food and friendly service. Lamb shanks, melt in your mouth accompanied by creamy mash, definitely a must have. Great steak sandwich and well cooked chips. Large portion sizes. Sticky date pudding was just yum!

Really enjoyed my experience here. Easy to book my table ahead of time online, and very easy to order while at my table with an app - if you didn't like the idea of ordering through the app then it's ok to order yourself. Clean place and nice selection of food and drinks, pleasant service all round, great atmosphere and I felt very comfortable there. Parking was easy and I rolled home full as after my big meal. I needed to treat myself due to the craziness in the world and have intentions of going back there - more often. Top notch service
