Stumbled upon this cafe on our way back from Dhawaral National Park and it was such a great find. The friendly owner whipped up item from her breakfast menu for us even though it was already lunch time. Every dish was flavorful and tasty, and we highly recommend the chai latte!
Had my Birthday High Tea at the Alkalizer Cafe today. I could not have asked for better service and food. The team here were absolutely fantastic, they even welcomed me with open arms and a big Happy Birthday! Cannot sing enough praise about this place! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a healthy meal and delicious food!
Amazing burgers and fantastic service. We had the chicken and beef burgers they tasted amazing and the sweet potato fries were also excellent.
Our family are regulars here. It was even hubby's pick for Father's Day. I love that there are many healthy options here, the food is always SO artfully presented and delicious, and the service is so friendly. The owner and his wife know us and have seen our baby grow up over the last year and a half and it's like seeing extended family every time we go. Ate here today with baby, outside in the sunshine and it was glorious. I had the "Alkalizer Shuka" (shakshuka) and the stewed tomato and capsicum sauce was one of the nicest things I've had there. Definitely a winner. And importantly for me, the coffee here is really good (and I'm pretty picky). There's a reason this place keeps getting small business awards - it's wonderful.
Excellent food. Refreshing drinks. Amazing coffee, one of the best I’ve ever had. A big mention must be made to the owner and his wife who were both very friendly and attentive. It is obvious they both have a passion for food and their mission with Alkalizer.
The food is delightful and all the more so because of a focus on healthy fare that is actually good for you. The presentation of the dishes is fabulous, and they taste great. This has become one of my favourite "breakfast date with the mrs" venues. Unfortunately, the premises are a little cold in winter and the furniture isn't terribly comfortable, so they lost some points on that from me. They have done a nice job of styling and ambience isn't too shabby, but ergonomics aren't great in winter. With comfier seats and a warmer shop I'd have rated a 4.5 or maybe even a 5.0, which is pretty awesome for a coffee shop. I love the food here. It's a little pricey, but I'm willing to pay for the quality.
This cafe is a find located in Campbelltown Council. Fabulous food with a twist. Staff very efficient and friendly. Ambiance very good. Highly recommended.
Yesterday, I discovered this wonderful cafe with a relaxing ambiance. I ate in for breakfast. The food was amazing, the latte was served in a really large mug and the service was outstanding. I also order to take out their apple crumble. I had it for lunch and it was divine.
I truly highly recommend.
OUTSTANDING!! Tucked away next to the lobby of the council building, this is a gem!! Incredibly delicious food and amazing smoothies and coffee. Awesome, delicious plant based options and the most friendly staff!! I’d give 10 stars out of 5 were it possible.
A great environment with indoor and outdoor seating options. Drink sizes are much larger than usual (think American). Lots of healthy options, but still possible to find fresh and indulgent treats. Attentive staff.
Very nice decor, cozy seating inside and outside of the cafe. Staff very attentive and friendly. Service is quick and food delicious.

What a superb experience.
We mainly went here as it was pet friendly, but this place is a hidden gem.
Reading the menu, I was a little concerned about the emphasis on 'wellness' foods. The idiom 'It tastes bad - so it must be good for you...' was playing in my head.
However, while in the queue getting ready to order, I saw the detail going into the food preparation and presentation. This looked good!
I watched some dishes go by, and my mind was saying: 'Yum! I want what they are having.'
I scanned some tables and viewed the dishes that had been served up...This place looks alright.
I had the Breakfast Board, and what a treat. I selected 'Poached' eggs as my style, while my partner ordered the omelet.
Well my taste buds were in for an unexpected extravaganza.
Poached eggs on sourdough bread had the slightest but most haunting hint of vinegar. The grilled tomato /halloumi creation on a mushroom was another winner.
The splash of salad with a zesty balsamic vinegarette (that's my guess) was devoured by the palate. There was some 'healthy' green stuff and red stuff. But they tasted so good, I questioned whether they could be that healthy! (Beetroot & spinach hummus sounds healthy right?)
I was loving this stuff!
Quinoa on avocado, hash brown (potato rosti) and then my favourite- with the most unassuming name: 'House mix Beans'.
What a winner. This now moves to be my 'First Place' winner. But each element was a winner. I am so confused.
Yummy food... but healthy?
Each morsel explored another dimension for the taste buds. (They had retreated when they heard 'wellness', 'healthy'...)
Yet they were suitably stimulated, and most impressed.
I wish I had more time here.
Alkalizer is hidden gem that has opened my eyes go a whole new universe of healthy and tasty foods waiting to be discovered.
Mark it on your 'must do' list. Grab a friend or two. You will not be disappointed. In fact, it might become you new favourite haunt.
Oh, and the coffee is great too!
I’m always apprehensive about trying new cafes and breakfast spots but Alkalizer does NOT disappoint. This place deserves ALL THE PRAISE. Great taste, menu, service, presentation - Alkalizer does it all. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy! The service was also exceptional and staff are very friendly. We ordered the omelette pan and breakfast board. Both of which were very filling. Eggs were cooked to perfection & bread was very crunchy. Overall, loved the portions and it’s perfect for sharing!
The best cafe - amazing food, drinks and generous servings. Wonderful service and friendly, courteous staff. Whenever I visit from Adelaide, I always make sure to pop by Alkalizer as much as I can as it’s a must!
It’s certainly one of the places I miss so much since relocating and nowhere else compares! Everything from the food to the service is outstanding!
Highly recommend! Staff always go above and beyond - the atmosphere is great too!
