Our meal on Saturday evening was absolutely superb (set menu) and the drinks recommended by our brilliant waiter, Clancy, were spot on. Oysters to start with (natural and wood grilled), Crispy lamb brain, caper and raisin puree with smoked bacon... delicious, as was the raw hiramasa kingfish, dash jelly, smoked olive oil puffed rice and the whole roasted lamb shoulder with lemon pepper dressing for main. We'll be back!!!

Whilst visiting Canberra w my husband and two boys (15 & 8) we dined at Temporada. It was certainly one of the best experiences we've had. My sometimes fussy teen sampled lots of the menu, including a fabulous steak tartare and enjoyed everything. He announced after that it was definitely the best meal he's ever had! The staff were incredibly accommodating for my 8yo son and I, both of whom have Coeliac disease, making it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

What an awesome night we had there. The kingfish on the tapas style menu was the best fish I've eaten bar none. We sat up at the bar and the knowledgeable Rufus took us through everything on the drinks menu!

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Canberra. Great food and the most attentive and knowledgable staff. If you ask, they have off list 'fun' wine. It's a pity they won't be getting in any more French cider. As always a great night had by all.

A wonderful dinner - great ambiance, interesting tastes with our food and beautifully matched accompaniments. My friend and I had an assortment of starters and loved all the interesting food sensations. Our waitress Alice was very helpful and all the other staff also knew their stuff as well. Can't wait to go there again!

The drinks selection and boutique beers on tap were just the tip of the iceberg and the beginning of a fantastic evening of amazing food! In particular the lamb shoulder and their seafood! Service was impeccable and we were looked after magnificently.

My first visit to Temporada. I was pleasantly impressed. The greeting I received from the front of house staff was warm and inviting. The service was so good that it made me feel I was special, I could have been the only one there ( the restaurant would have been at least 80% full). Now to the food - I could not fault it. The selection, the presentation and the flavours/taste were first class. I would certainly be going again.

I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered the set menu. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, the servers were friendly and attentive. The food also came very quickly. I think this is my new favourite restaurant in Canberra. All of the food was cooked perfectly. I don't think I could pick a singe favourite dish, since they were all so good, so I will choose several. My favourites were the octopus, tortellini, burrata with peaches, and the panna cotta. Note: I had to move the coconut meringe to take a photo that showed tha actual panna cotta.

We recently had Temporada provide a chef and cater a dinner party at home for 8 people. The experience of fine dining at home was fantastic!! We had a chef bring a 3 course meal over, which was then cooked at home in our kitchen and served at the table. We also didn’t have to worry about washing up, as the plates and cutlery were all taken care of. Very affordable too. I highly recommend Temporada to anyone looking to host a dinner party in their own home and to not have to worry about the cooking!

I have dietary requirements but still found plenty of tasty items on the menu. Temporada offers a la carte or a set menu. The tomato anchovy toast was the most delicious starter and the swordfish was amazing. The heirloom tomatoes with plum complimented our mains and was tantalizing. Leave yourself plenty of time to choose as everything is fantastic. Excellent service. Cannot fault.

One of the most consistently excellent restaurants in Canberra. Our recent lunch was a delight as always. The anchovy toast was a surprise and absolutely delicious, but then, so was every course. Wait staff are attentive and unobtrusive and their wine suggestions are spot on. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner for two. Every dish on the set menu was excellent and easily comparable to what you would find at the top casual dining restaurants in the larger cities. The chef easily catered to one dairy free and there was no compromise in taste. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere... You're here to eat and enjoy.

Wonderful from start to finish. All the staff were amazing and instantly we felt like we were with new friends. Great wine list and some of our favourite grapes and drops. Food wise just perfect, a real knowledge here of flavours, balance, textures and simple but beautiful execution. My partner and I had the $70.00 per person set menu and could not fault one dish, all perfect in their own way. From the homemade sourdough bread and cultured butter at the start to the coconut and honey cake with ice cream at the end. Our favourite dish was the prawn, peas, pickled watermelon dish, just divine. Finally even the coffees were some of the best we have ever had, which for a full restaurant and not a cafe says a lot. If only we didn't live over 3 hours away we would be here weekly!. Loved it. A wonderful food experience.
