Our meal on Saturday evening was absolutely superb (set menu) and the drinks recommended by our brilliant waiter, Clancy, were spot on. Oysters to start with (natural and wood grilled), Crispy lamb brain, caper and raisin puree with smoked bacon... delicious, as was the raw hiramasa kingfish, dash jelly, smoked olive oil puffed rice and the whole roasted lamb shoulder with lemon pepper dressing for main.

Whilst visiting Canberra w my husband and two boys (15 & 8) we dined at Temporada. It was certainly one of the best experiences we've had. My sometimes fussy teen sampled lots of the menu, including a fabulous steak tartare and enjoyed everything. He announced after that it was definitely the best meal he's ever had!
The staff were incredibly accommodating for my 8yo son and I, both of whom have Coeliac disease, making it a very enjoyable experience.
