Crowded for a reason. A very cool place, the low lighting and the decorations were nice. We ordered a vegan banquet and a regular banquet. Both were really nice, although the vegan pumpkin and walnut dumplings were rubbery. I'll definitely go again, the banquet is a great way to pick your favorites for next time!

What an experience! I walked in without a booking on a Tuesday evening thinking that it would be quiet and boy was I wrong! Canberra clearly loves Lazy Su and I can see why! Excellent service, amazing venue, almost too much food to choose from which caters for all dietary requirements and last but not least the food was really yummm! Will definitely be back to make sure I try everything on the menu 🙌

A fantastic casual dining experience. Eye catching decor, clean and well designed seating experience. Service was timely, attentive and focused on meeting our needs especially because one of our group was anaphylactic to nuts. The food was flavourful & well portioned. Looking forward to returning.

Great restaurant and a good variety of dining options on the menu. All the food we got was very tasty. Place was a little bit crowded and so we had to sit on their outdoor tables. Bear that if you sit outdoors the waiters tend to take a lot longer to refil your water and it is a bit far from the bathroom. Overall still a very nice place.

We cannot resist a visit to Lazy Su's when we come to Canberra. The food is delicious, the drinks are fabulous and the service is wonderful. It's always super busy so definitely book ahead to avoid disappointment. This time we dined outside and our little dog was allowed to join us. All our friends laughed at us when we told them we were dining outside in Canberra in winter but it was actually so warm and toasty under the heaters. Oh, and don't miss the cheesesteak spring rolls!

Really good food. Customer service was friendly and attentive. Each dish we ordered was well prepared. Kids loved the tteokbokki bolognase, husband rated the kingfish ceviche, and my favourite was the prawn toast. Short rib beef bibimbap was also a stand out with the char sui-like meat flavour being super moist. Only disappointment was the matcha tiramisu (coconut cream wasnt cold which let down the whole dish) and the pancakes that were served with the duck was a tad dry.

Aussified Korean/ Japanese restaurant with eye-catching neon signage outside, lanterns on the display window and a warm red glow inside. Like a getaway to Seoul right here in lil old Canberra. It combines the best of Sydney and Melbourne's Asian fusion restaurants: It has the retro pop vibes and restaurant layout of Chin Chin and the menu has the Japanese influences of Cho Cho San. The menu is actually very similar to Ms G's. I had the regular ( non veg) banquet and it was very tasty and filling! I like how the set menu has a good amount of meat n veg and does not just use starchy fillers. Service was excellent! Food was brought out slightly quickly. Waitstaff attentive but not intrusive. Food breakdown: Donburi nori taco (Rice, salmon, kingfish, tuna, avocado puree): Lots of seaweed but it had a surprisingly mild taste. Filling just perfect -yum!! Wagyu spring roll with cheese: All the other spring rolls can just go home now. I preferred it with no mayo or just a little bit of mayo as it was very decadent already. Pork and prawn wontons: Quite spicy and I wasn't used to the taste! Something different. Roast chicken: Perfectly cooked and paired well with a pickled cucumber salad. Miso carrots: Caramel covered carrots, in the best possible way. Mild miso flavor only. Char Siu pork: beautifully cooked with just the right hint of fattiness. Just the right sized pieces of pork and lettuce leaves for san choy bow.
