Best woodfired Pizza I've had in a really long time, these guys are passionate about what they do and do an excellent job at it. Thin in the middle and with a tasty crust that has all of that proven almost sourdough taste and texture that splits an average pizza from a real pizza.
Be sure to check in when covid goes away or go in for take away delicousness!
An authentic Italian menu and atmosphere. Great service with a good sense of humour. Definitely worth the drive from Cooma.
An excellent place for cheese lover for sure. I had been looking for a place to enjoy raclette and cacio e pepe, and Molto Italian is the only place we’ve found so far.
Took my Mum here for dinner this Mother's Day & shared a Spanner Crab Linguine & Margherita Pizza, both delicious and paired perfectly with their French Rosé! Would definitely recommend! Food, service & atmosphere were excellent!
great service and pretty good food. we had a wednesday pork belly special, garlic flatbread and crab linguine special. we enjoyed the food and was a little surprised how big the portion of pork belly there was. beautiful views of kingston foreshore as well.

Came to the area on the recommendation of a Canberra local and had a bit of a wander before the wife settled on Italian food for dinner. The menu had lots of Italian (words), and our waiter spent some time explaining its contents plus the items on the specials board. We settled on:
1. Garlic Tuscan flatbread $9 (sea salt schiacciatina with Sicilian extra virgin olive oil)
2. #Linguine granchio $34 (blue swimmer crab, white wine, chilli & garlic)
3. Pork - Wednesday daily main $36 (description was given verbally and too many details for me to remember)
Service was friendly and the food came out fairly quick, with the bread coming within about 10 minutes of ordering, and the mains following about 10 minutes later. The mains were both quite nice, though the long/snake bean element on the pork dish seemed old and on the limp side. Overall I felt the prices were on the high side, and whilst I've no regrets about this visit, if I'm ever back on the area would be more inclined to try one of the other restaurants than return to this one.
Spaghetti cacio e pepe has become my vice. If there is one thing I can eat for the rest of my life, it is this cheese wheel pasta. Buffalo bar and dining will always be my favourite Italian, but this place comes to a close second. I recommend you order it with a side of chilli oil. The zucchini flowers and pizza gamberi were also delicious!
The food here is delicious but it's so overpriced and the service is, well, weird. This serving of cheese pasta costs 30 bucks. Yes it's delicious but a decent serve please. For the price point, the decor is tacky and reading the menu is a tedious exercise due to all headings being in Italian for "authenticity". Ugh.
Been there multiple times always greeted at the door by whoever is there (usually the manager I believe). The staff are enthusiastic which makes the experience even more enjoyable as it is. The lamb ragu was to die for and was a very generous portion definitely recommend!
The service was fantastic and I'm generally very picky. The food was excellent, really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my night here!
