Vegetarian pizza for $23, easily ordered online, took 20min to get ready, but for this price I expected a better quality, they used to put lots more veggies on their pizzas but this time it wasn’t much. Also it didn’t taste right. For this price you can get home made fresh dough pizza elsewhere. I’m planning to try this again on a quiet night and then I adjust my rating accordingly

Pizzas here aren't too bad, but not quite worth the price you pay for them, especially with the premium pizzas. The flavours peri peri chicken pizza ($23) was nice and truffle beef rossini was also nice ($28). The base could be improved as it tasted like a domino's pizza base (very basic dough). You would be paying similar prices in a lot of standalone private pizza restaurants but will get slightly better quality. I'd probably give it a 3.7 ⭐ average which does round it to 4 ⭐. We order delivery via the website and the order arrived before expected. Vegan pizza and plant based chicken were very nice. Will definitely order again.

Disgusting! Inedible! Ordered pasta carbonara .... meal appeared to have been stir fried in oil, pasta was burnt, black, dry and crusty and there was no sauce or cheese. If sauce and cheese had been included you would see it in the black bowl and it would also show on the burnt offerings. Contacted Manager. NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED. Appalling customer service. Ridiculously small serving.

I read through some of the reviews here, and clearly a few people have been annoyed enough to give 1 star reviews which usually means they had one dreadful experience and chose to vent. So here’s my review as a regular customer…
The pizzas are good, vastly superior to the local Domino’s, as is the reliability of good food. I’ve never received a cold or undercooked pizza - or any of the sides or cooked desserts - from this branch of Crust.
Yes, sometimes it takes more than an hour for your order to arrive on busy nights, but if you expect it that’s fine. More often than not the order arrives sooner than expected.
But this is the big thing for me… THEY ACTUALLY READ YOUR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS! There are a number of dogs in my complex, some rescues with reactive tendencies (including my own, who is a flight risk), and most delivery people will just ignore the comments made on the order about not opening gates etc… I have NEVER had a delivery person from this Crust open doors or gates unless asked to. I really, really appreciate that

Canberra has a few Crust shops and of them all I choose this Braddon store as my favourite. Yes I know it's close to all the major hotels but the staff, food quality and complaints handling at this store is perfect. No matter where I stay in Canberra I still use Braddon store only if we want pizza. Keep up the good work .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a few pizzas over 2 hours ago and had to go in store to find out what happened!
We called after an hour to find out what was happening understanding it was a Friday night.
The employees kept lying saying that the “driver already had the order” and kept making other excuse every time we called to check in. After the constant lying and reaching the 2 hour mark we drove the store front to get more answers. Then refused to give us a refund. Customer service was horrendous. Do better.

I always make a point of ordering through a companies own website opposed to uber, or the like, so smaller businesses don’t get screwed with all those fees.
Not sure what annoyed me more to be honest. The fact my order still hadn’t been started when I arrived to collect, or that multiple external delivery drivers were seen by the staff member pushing in front of me and were served first. By pushing I mean leaning over in my personal space.
I ordered online to collect myself so I didn’t have to stand out in the cold weather. I waited 15min before walking over (as the receipt instructed) and then had to wait in the cold for another 15min so they could make it. They only noticed my order as the customer in front of me also ordered online and it hadn’t been seen.
As for the food the pasta servings are pretty small and I notice some of the pasta was burnt. Flavour was pretty bland but maybe it’s because they were rushing.
I’m new to the area but fair to say I’m taking my money elsewhere. Should focus on your face-to-face customers and consider a better external delivery driver process cause they are hella rude to your customers.
