This is crispy skin chicken heaven. I tried the Vietnamese style of crispy skin chook in Vietnam for the first time a few years back. However, like any good Vietnamese food the best is to be had in Canley Vale and Cabramatta. Phuong Nam is the best and that includes their curry selections.

I've tried the wonton noodle soup here and it was tasty 4/5. I'd prefer ordering crispy chicken with rice or noodle as that's what they're known for!

I prefer this chicken noodle house to the one located in Cabramatta. Reasons being there's always availabilities here and never a long wait. The chicken is super crispy and general cleanliness of the restaurant is kept well.
The crispy chicken here is delicious! Both dishes we ordered were cooked perfectly. Service was great also, the waiter spoke perfect English so we had no issues with ordering. Food came out promptly and the restaurant itself appeared clean. Definitely would come back here again.
Many of my trips to Canley Vale have included a visit to Phuong Nam, it's particularly satisfying in the cooler winter months. Hot chicken broth with noodles and chilli soothes the soul! My go to meal is always Crispy Skin Chicken with egg noodles in soup, the chicken is always perfectly crispy and never dry, heaven when dipped into the delicious Nuoc Cham provided on the side. The noodle soup is satisfyingly salty, I always add chilli for an extra kick!

Amazing fish sauce that compliments the chicken beautifully. My favourite dish is the egg noodles soup with crispy skin chicken.

This place is very popular with the locals! Their crispy chicken is tender, flavourful and has an enjoyable crunch. The fish sauce is the perfect accompaniment with the chicken. The noodle broth also comes out steaming and there is a large portion of noodles. However I find the broth a little lacking in flavour.
As well, the coffee is 40% foam?? You can see it in the picture below.
Either way, if you love chicken, I highly recommend this place! But beware, it is extremely popular at dinner time as I always see a line outside.
Need to try more dishes from here but the rice dish was average. I definitely think their soup dishes are much better! The crispy chicken is 👌👌

Crispy chicken!!! This is where the locals eat. Its simple and yum. Fast service and always satisfying. I live in the area and go here regularly.
