What an amazing gem! I have always driven past this restaurant and finally had the chance to dine in. WOW, the food was top quality, compliments to the chef who did a fabulous job at cooking the steak and pork belly to perfection menu selection was enticing with so many varieties to choose from. Danni who looked after us at our table was friendly and her service is to be commended
Dessert was Devine! Could not fault the portion size.
Overall what an amazing dining experience and will definitely return!
Went to Ramon's at lunchtime on Saturday. The restuarant was very busy but even though we didn't have a booking we were given a table. The staff were friendly, professional and obliging. Our table was even kept for us while we went for a walk and checked out the amazing gardens.....just stunning!
We then ordered and our food came with no delay. My Japanese Chicken Salad for $20 was excellent value. A delicious, plentiful meal. My friend had the pumpkin and feta salad (same price) and she loved it.
Would thoroughly recommend it as a place to go and am looking forward to going back again.
Great surroundings, terrific food and excellent service. Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Ramon's to others. It was really good weather and it was very nice to be seated outside.
I had driven past and seen pictures on the internet. I wanted somewhere to take my family which was spacious and airy with peaceful surrounds. The restaurant certainly has this. We were seated in a spacious outdoor area covered with shade sails and overlooking the large koi filled pond and tall gardens. It took way too long to bring out food than we'd expect. However we received a discount on the overall bill. Of course, that lessened the negative thought of the restaurant. The steak, barramundi and chicken parmigiana dishes were wonderful. I would go as far as saying the pork belly dish was the best I've ever seen. It tasted sensational too. We also ordered a steak and chicken burger. A little simple and bland. The chips were well cooked and seasoned. The salad looked good but the dressing tasted like pure oil.
The surroundings, service (especially rectifying an issue) and most meals were what makes this place.
Perhaps some brush wood fencing or similar on surrounds would improve the garden view as opposed to the commercial buildings.
Went for brunch this time and the food and coffee was delicious. It was a group function and some of us chose to go with the cakes or scones and were not disappointed. The service here is the best, nothing is too much trouble and the head waitress goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Just a lovely atmosphere, lovely food and one of my 'go to' places.
My friend and I went to Ramond's today. We have been on a few occasions over the years. I have to say the service given by Monique was absolutely fabulous. She went to great lengths to inform us about what was available on the menu. She also highly recommended what dishes had been favorites of customers and staff. She was very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. You could see she loved what she does. Thank you for a wonderful meal and service. Would highly recommend to our friends.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast and was a little disappointed the coffee was too hot and tasted burnt the ham and cheese croissant appeared to be multipack Coles or Woolies croissants with some pre sliced cheese chucked in and a bit of ham not at all what I expected.
This place is stunning ❤️ The view is just beautiful. We had an amazing gong session prior to lunch. They have a delicious selection of meals and drinks to choose from. 🍷 Our salads were so yummy, quite cheap and very filling! Just a little much red onion in my salad, but it was easy to take out! The customer service was also pleasant. I will certainly be back 😊
My partner and I love this place! Whilst the menu doesn't change very often, the food is perfect and service wonderful each time we have been..! Love the gardens also !
Went here a few months ago. Just missed breakfast (arrived at 11) so had to settle for an early lunch. Steak was brilliant though the service was rather bad. Wonderful pond and gardens, truly a lovely setting.
Nice Setting.. Had a pleasant lunch there with a large table of friends. All meals looked good, mine tasted good. Staff were great.
Drinks prices were nightclub prices + and restricted the tables consumption on principle, $9 for a stubby?. Anyhow, nice garden outlook but dont go thirsty unless you have deep pockets
Service is very good, even though they were understaffed the night I went.
Entree of spring rolls was a good size - two people, large rolls.
Mains - beef burger - average, paty smaller then bun, handful of chips, side of garlic aioli - not real aioli.
Chicken pasta - only flavor in this dish was the sundries tomatoes and the Parmesan cheese on top. Sauce had good consistency and pasta was cooked fine.
Dessert - black Forrest in a cocktail
Glass , not worth how much $$ it is. Literally half was can whipped cream, not much brownie.
Cocktails - need to be presented a lot better, felt like we were drinking cordial. Glass size small.
Overall was good, nothing bad, but not great. Bill was over $120 for two people
