I have now found the best short machiatto in the far south west of Victoria , if the near by Portland coffee makers want to make a great coffee ,please go and see how this girl makes a coffee.I asked her how she learned to make a great machiatto,she replied I work ed in lygon st Carlton ,,,well that says it all. A great suburb in Melbourne ,,,and yes I follow Carlton football club .👍☕
Really good breakfast and coffee. Amazing location right on the beach, a very nice place to have a relaxing breakfast amd coffee and maybe read the newspaper.... which they also sell.
Enjoyed a coffee and a view with my gorgeous wife for my birthday. The staff were great and so was the coffee, sitting outside certainly made it more enjoyable.
Absolutely terrific. I had a curry wrap which was healthy, tasty and filling; then coffee which was very good. And as for the view of the bay, could not be bettered. All served with a smile.

Speedy service, delicious food, great chips, magnificent wedges. I ordered the vegetarian lasagne, which I was admittedly apprehensive about when it was first set before me as it was showing clear signs of having spent the day in a bain-marie. But as soon as I took a bite I was quickly assuaged of my concerns as it was nevertheless delicious and quite well made from quality ingredients. The serving was very generous and I struggled to eat it all. I'd thoroughly recommend it to any lovers of pumpkin.
My only complaint would have to be their milkshakes. For a venue that clearly prides itself on its' well made food, I was quite disappointed with their usage of the same basic low-quality milkshake flavorings you'd expect at your local milk bar. On the other hand, had I known this fact when I ordered I'd have embraced it and ordered a blue heaven shake instead for maximum nostalgia.
Ordered the baked mushroom with ricotta and Parmesan, chips and a salad. Loved the serving size, and the chips were super good and crunchy. Good food altogether, but the absolute selling point is the view of the beach.
They aren't overly equipped to deal with peak season (30 minute wait for coffee!) but all the food I've ever had has been superb and the view spectacular. Friendly staff too

My uncle had the fish, chips and salad and said it was one of the best he had had.
Mum had the warm chicken salad and said it was more chicken than she has had in a salad like this, it was fantastic.
I had the mixed grill - outstanding. No extra chips or bread(carbs), just exraordinaryily flavorful meat dishes served with some well steamed green veg and, in my case, perfectly scrambled eggs.
Brilliant view, great staff. I know I am sounding like I know someone from the resturaunt by now, but I don't - was down for a funeral of all things.

Nice love entertainment on weekends over summer. Can grab a quick snack (potato chips, drinks fridge) if not looking for a meal. I'm a local to Portland, and this place is on my list of fave places do go with the family.
