Good quality sushi. But not cheap.

Kanji is a small Japanese eatery with a somewhat authentic feel. It’s pokey. Near no seating. Simple menu. Chefs that seem like the real deal.

The sushi is made fresh and the Tiger Roll tasted great. Not really a place to dine in.

I would come here again.

great sushi joint in the shire! all the dishes were amazing without the need for extra soy sauce. the salmon was amazing and the tiger roll was made nicely. the takoyaki balls i wished they had a more crunchy outside - it was still very enjoyable.

great prices and service. loved it!

One of the best sushi places I've been. I'm overjoyed to be able to get such delicious sushi in the Shire without having to go to Chinatown. I've tried many options in the menu and Kanji never lets me down. It's always so delicious. My favourite is the large roll menu, it's cheap and very, very filling, packed with a lot of flavour. I go to this place probably once a week to get my weekly roll and agedashi tofu. Definitely recommend!

Best sushi in Caringbah hands down. Quick and freshly prepared sushi. The place is always packed at lunchtime so that itself says something about the food. Have not been disappointed on any occasion. Love the sushi and sashimi combo!

Let me tell you, this sushi is the BEST sushi I have ever had in my entire life. I lived in the Sydney and had to move to Melbourne, leaving was the worst knowing I couldn’t get this sushi regularly ?! I’ve just road tripped up and had it on my mind the entire way. It’s been 2 years since I’ve eaten here, but the food is amazing just like always. They don’t have sushi like this anywhere else. Please bring a franchise down to Melbourne so I can be happy again

Best Sushi in the shire. Make sure to pre order on phone to avoid queue and double check order as their English is not the best! But the food is to die for!! Come here every other day.

Best sushi in the Shire! Reasonable prices and insanely good flavours, i recommend the spicy beef roll! The staff are very friendly and always say thank you lol

This is one of the best sushi take always I have ever been too. It's in fact right up there with the more expensive sushi restaurants in the cbd. We had the sushi bento box which was beautiful with great portions of sashimi and sushi. I also love the gyoza and tempura prawns. See you next week Kanji!

Best sushi in the shire hands down. Serving sizes are actually decent and everything is made fresh. Highly recommend you ring up and order otherwise the wait will be 15 mins on average. Their English is a little poor so always double check your order incase. Not slot of room to eat inside and gets crowded so best for takeaway only.
