We ordered 10 chickens without notice, and the store crew manage to get them all done for a school event we had organised. They were very thoughtful and had put them all into boxes. We ordered a mix of chilli and lemon and herb basted chicken.
Chips were still crunchy when we ate them.

This is a QSR in a shopping mall. On the plus side,it is located outside right next to dedicated parking. This makes it super accessible especially for delivery drivers and/or takeaway.
On the minus side,it is located outside next to the carpark. So the sit down restaurant is cold, especially in winter, and noisy from traffic. Still, you could just walk into the food court with your meal ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've been ordering from Oportos here for over a decade. The staff are friendly, the food is always fresh and hot, and, well it's Oportos - I love it. Of all QSRs, I find the food tastier, fresher and options healthier than most
