Fantastic coffee, as a stereotypical artist I drink a lot of it, so I know when coffee's good or not. Matches and even surpasses many cafes in the CBD.
I haven't really had much food here. I don't think its their expertise- one time I got a parma that was kind of sad with some chips. The chicken was cooked fine, it's just it wasn't that tasty. The food servings are small, so if you're desiring a rounded, filling meal- I don't recommend, The Mustard Seed Cafe has a lot nicer food- I used to have lunch there than grab coffee here. It's not that it's bad by any means, it's just you have cheaper, bigger options- like a bahn mi from That Bakery. But if you're only fancying a muffin or yogurt, then this can tend to both your coffee and food needs.
The staff are wonderful, the man who served me was very nice- you can just tell when people are genuinely interested in giving a good service and when it's just 'I have to smile'. It's a nice place to sit down and have your coffee because of the comfy cushions and the beautiful paintings propped on the wall.
I'd like to note I haven't been here in a couple months, but when I get a job I know where a lot of my coffee-spending money is going!!
Love coming here! The owners Louise and Adam and their team are so welcoming and friendly. The food is always great and the coffee is always fantastic!!

Love coming down to this cosy little gem, food is generous and coffee is yummy! The decor is beautiful, my partner chased up the artist that does the paintings and for chrissy i received one! So i guess its a little special to us. The staff are always friendly and they play a lot of Coldplay so thats a bonus
