Walked in and was greeted by the owner (very friendly and down to earth) I have walked past many times and then decided to give it a try.
Fantastic service, well priced and great pizza, I will be back again as it is a far better alternative to dominoes/pizza hut.
Would recommend to anyone in the hills district area :D

I chanced to visit here when I found my usual pizza joint to be closed one night.
I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, much better than I expected.
Base pizza prices are slightly high, but deals are reasonable (of course you lose any savings if the deal results in them up-selling you).
Deep Edge is my absolute favourite pizza joint in Castle Hill, their Pepperoni is amazing! I haven't had pizzas better anywhere outside Chicago, which is the highest praise i can give.
I usually get a pie, a garlic bread and a drink meal once a week and their consistency is impeccable (unlike most other pizza places where you can get a good pie one week and the next week end up with a pie with not enough sauce, not enough toppings, too much oregano/garlic, burnt/cold etc).
Their regular delivery driver is very friendly as well, and actually performs the contactless delivery so we're all safe.
The only thing i wish these guys did that they don't do is Gelato, nothing goes down as well after a big meal of pizza and garlic bread as a nice acidic lemon or lime gelato. George's pizza in Bella vista does Gelato well, in pre-packaged tubs. That's all they need.
But i guess you can't have everything in one place because i don't like George's pizza at all. So for me it's Deep Edge every time.
I have ordered pizza from deep edge for many times, always happy, always satisfied, pizza is delicious, i am not a crust eater, but I become a crust eater with this pizza, service is awesome, amazing quality, you think the next door dominos is cheaper? Think again, because deep edge pizza is way better, in taste quality, and price! Download their app, and earn points you might end up having a free pizza! Does dominos give you points so that you can get discount next time buying their pizza? No. Deep edge does!
Best pizza we’ve ever had. Our go to dinner choice when we have guests. The base is so nice and soft it dissolves in your mouth and the toppings are generous and work really well together. Recommend the chilli prawn and the meat lovers. Garlic bread is also a must!
