We ordered two takeaway pizzas from here- a magherita and a lamb pizza. Both were absolutely delicious with a really beautiful thin based dough. The service is fabulous as well!! Will def sit in and dine next time we are in Castlemaine so I can order the baci dessert !!!

2. Various desserts - great dessert as well, I would love to order their sweet pizza but can never manage to fit it in after eating their amazing vegetarian pizza
Will I go back: yes, I would love to eat their pizza at least once a week but I don’t live at Castlemaine. When I do go there, I wish it opens every day. The owner is super nice and everytime I go there, I think they must have got their work balance right (not opening everyday or 6 days a week like a lot of restaurants do) so they really enjoy their work, you can see their happiness and the joy look on their face at the restaurant. Maybe we should all work towards that.
Was told we had to go here while in castlemaine. And I'm glad we did cause these were some fine ass pizzas.

Bella Fresca is my favourite pizza place. The service is neighbourly and friendly (Has anyone noticed the service in popular Melbourne pizza places are full of 'tude?), ingredients are fresh, flavours are balanced and the ambience is no-fuss homely and even a little romantic. I crave Bella Fresca when I crave pizza, and one day I will drive back up to Castlemaine from Melbourne just to satisfy that craving.
As far as pizza is concerned these guys nail it every time. Takeaway or dine in... different special each week... plus they put nutella on a pizza and its incredible!
What a plesant change. We were greeted with absolutely fantastic service. They couldnt be any more hospitable. The pizza has a delicous thin crust with fresh toppings. A nice change from the commercial pizza scene.
Absolutely beautiful pizza and wonderful service. The pizza was lovely and crisp with understated and fresh ingredients, and the staff were delightful and friendly. We could not fault the evening.

My girlfriend and I visited this wonderful restaurant tonight for a late night snack, we were greeted kindly offered a complimenting salad and thanks to which I am full for the first time in years. We purchased the capricossa with no anchovies and the mista salad totaling to 26 dollars i was skeptical of the price but for what was produced id pay 40 dollars without hesitation, upon finishing our meal we went back and thanked the people there for a great meal they were very kind and very up beat, we immediately made a reservation and I eagerly await it

Last minute decision to order a couple of pizzas from here and was not disappointed. Made with care and cooked to perfection in the fire.... This place has ruined all other pizza places for us. We are not local but have another reason to come back and visit. Thanks for the yummy dinner !!

Stopped in for dinner and was blown away. BEST pizza! The capricciosa was 10/10 and Pinot Noir was well matched. Good base and good quality ingredients. Lovely homemade tiramisu. Plus lovely service. We will be back!
Beautiful fresh wood fire pizza with gourmet ingredients. Lovely cosy atmosphere with mouth watering smells as soon as you step in the door. Be sure to make a booking if you have a larger group as seating is limited.
Best pizza, my only complaint is it's not open on Sunday's when I'm most often travelling through Castlemaine.
Actually hungry thinking about this pizza.

I am a visitor to Castlemaine and I found this high reviewed restaurant... It is tiny but lovely felt as being home , they provide games toys and other staffs for kids to enjoy 😍👌🏻.. the workers are very welcoming and smiling all the time even they have a crowd and a lots of orders ..
I really enjoyed my experience there .. hopefully you enjoy too guys ❤️
I have tried Chicken and Avocado pizza ( the combination was crazy) .. you should try it
Also the Margirreta was good too 👌🏻
