Just had the Yuzen deluxe sushi and sashimi platter. Absolutely delicious. To quote the late, great Anthony Bourdain, sushi is 90% about the rice, and the rice here is perfect. Crumbly and tender rather than wallpaper paste, which is way too common in Melbourne sushi places. Excellent stuff.

We have been looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant for a while. Finally found it here. Can’t believe that it was just underneath our nose for the last four years and we didn’t even know. Beautiful sushi and sashimi, great Gyoza. Delightful staff. We will definitely be returning.

This is one of the great japanese family restaurants in the bayside area. The service is great snd friendly. Food is authentic and fresh. Beer choice is fantastic , as Asahi is the way to go... there no better to have with Japanese food.

Best Japanese restaurant so far in Melbourne. Was recommended by my colleague who is Japanese. Decent food and great service. Their sushi and sashimi is unbeatable!

Excellent chiraishi don. Steven the owner is a great sushi chef. The service was a bit down probably because it was one lady serving all of us (20 inside).

Wow. This was amazing. The food made my mouth excited for the next bite. Tried about 5 things from the menu and all were perfect.

Authentic small Japanese hand made cooking restaurant. Very Japanese and somewhat pricey but good value. Make sure to book.
