It was a freezing cold day, and we were craving a good meat pie. Ferguson Plarre was easy to locate, inexpensive and the service was fast and friendly. It's definitely a good spot to get some takeaways.
The shortcrust pastry was really light, and the beef filling was flavoursome and peppery, just how I like it. The potato pie had creamy mash which had deliciously crunchy edges which were delicious. I was surprised at the quality of these pies and am eager to try more, and buy them for my family.
Picked up a few of the eclairs to try for afternoon tea and my husband and I overall enjoyed them. The choux pastry wasn't bad but with the thick layer of icing on top, it was quite sweet to eat.
The flavour we liked the most was the traditional chocolate and cream. Least favourite was the caramel which had more of a coffee flavour.
Ordered a chai latte with almond milk.
It was hot, smooth and had a good level of spice.
There were 3 of us and we weren't allowed to sit together but aside from that the service was great.
Pleasantly surprised by the doughnuts here. My favourite was by far the salted caramel one! They're similar to Krispy Kreme doughnuts but still not as good in my opinion. Also got the sourdough bread loaf which was not bad.
Very nice and friendly place, excellent coffee, beautiful pies and Donuts, I have been there many times with $10 meal deal, highly recommended !
I come here for their chocolate mousse cake. It’s the best one they have and it’s always a favourite in our family gatherings. Their donuts seem to be popular, but I honestly find Daniel’s Donuts to be better.
This bee birthday cake was perfect for a 2nd birthday. The icing wasn't too think and well decorated. The chocolate cake inside was a nice sponge cake, soft and moist. Once you tried one cupcake, you couldn't help but go for a second one. The plain sponge was equally good as the chocolate sponge.
Even when the rest of the shopping centre is really busy, this place seems to have a nice quiet space where one can gather their thoughts. A nice cold iced coffee, vanilla slice and complimentary newspaper round off the experience for me during the Boxing Day Sale madness in Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Went with a Groupon deal, ordered a mix of donuts and an Iced coffee for something extra. All the donuts were really fresh and tasty and the coffee was good as well. A good find imo.
I falling in love with their place Atmosphere. Good place to runaway from hectic shopping centre with cuppa. The staff is bit too slow and not too keen to assist but it’s just under control
