The girl at the entrance and the guy in the paint section could improve their customer service skills. While the senior guy on the cash register was fantastic, friendly and informative. Yes got what I needed.
Any company's reputation relies on staff and how they deliver services to customers. During a pandemic when deliveries are either done online or through pickup, reliance on staff increases.
I had great experience while picking up my online order. The order was only partially fulfilled as someone made a mistake and didn't check the stock. When Siobhan came to deliver the order in the car park, I asked for her help in checking for an alternative. She was more than happy to assist so that I didn't have to re-order a different item and come back. While doing that, she went back to check the stock and found the item that I ordered. What a great person!
I know that it was too much to run around delivering items to customers in the car park which is a bit of a walk, and Siobhan didn't worry about that.
That's what customer delight is all about.
However, I've not always been so lucky at Bunnings. Whether you get helped or not entirely depends on who you ask.
Parking I have found to be easy at this centre but I have only been there midweek. Bunnings - same helpful staff, broad product range.
