Manpuku Chatswood used to be my go-to ramen place in Chatswood. During my recent visit, I noticed they have changed the menu and few of my old favourites have been removed. Overall still a pleasant meal - tasty food and friendly staff. There is normally a queue so be prepared to wait. 11/04/2022

Dumplings were very juicy and nice. Spicy ramen had the right amount of spicy mess for me that’s not too overpowering. Ramen is nice but unfortunately I gave a 4-star rating because they don't take bookings on the weekend and I personally think that's just silly. If you're not patient or in a rush, waiting can take up to 30-45 minutes. The overall experience was still pleasant.

Went there on a Sunday, around 2:30 and there was quite a queue. We waited for around 40mins. The raman's noodle, chashu were great, soup's flavour complexities are not quite there yet compared to other places and the soup felt a bit too running not thick enough. Goyza were also great. Overall is ok but i would pass if i have to line up for it.

Tried the signature ramen (No.7, $17.5) and should coriander (No.3, $19), changed to chewy and wavy noodle as I prefer thicker noodle. Excellent broth!
