food come out within a few minutes of ordering and was hot and fresh.
pork on the ramen was super tender and well seared w good marinate and sesame seeds :))
the broth was the star of the dish, its a must try :))
also went here for girlfriends birthday and they gave us free icecream w a sparkler n birthday music.
overall one of the best experiences ive had !

1) Signature - Fatty tender pieces of pork, the flavour of the broth was more smoked ham
2) Gyokai Black - The soup was a bit nutty? but really nice
3) Octopus Karaage - Karaage needs Kewpie mayo and we didn't get any, but tasted how you'd expect it
Food is very authentically Japanese at Manpuku. Service is friendly. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and efficiency of managing customer experience and safety with the current covid environment. This was my first time visiting. No wonder this place is always booked full in advance. Will definitely be back.

Manpuku is always our favourite stop over everytime we visit eastern subburb and even my kids approved it 🤠they love the ramen here, specially the miso base pork chicken ramen !!! Our favourite, aj and also the karageee ..
the waitress are all super super friendly, they will greet you and sometimes even the chef came out to say hi! Everytime we go there, they will come and help setting up the table n highchair, they always cleap up before handling it to us. And theey always said its ok no need to worry because of the mess my kids made.
The place is a little small, hard to fit many prams, but workable! And wortheddddeed.. đź’•

Manpuku Chatswood used to be my go-to ramen place in Chatswood. During my recent visit, I noticed they have changed the menu and few of my old favourites have been removed.
Overall still a pleasant meal - tasty food and friendly staff. There is normally a queue so be prepared to wait.

Dumplings were very juicy and nice. Spicy ramen had the right amount of spicy mess for me that’s not too overpowering. There is usually a long wait, went around 1pm and waited for around 30mins as it goes by the ticket system. Would’ve been nice for the menu to have some pictures but besides that happy with what was ordered
Ramen is nice but unfortunately I gave a 4-star rating because they don't take bookings on the weekend and I personally think that's just silly. If you're not patient or in a rush, waiting can take up to 30-45 minutes. The overall experience was still pleasant.
Went there on a Sunday, around 2:30 and there was quite a queue. We waited for around 40mins. You first need to get your queue number on a folder in front of the door and they will call you when it's your turn.
The food was good, so far one of the best ramens we've tried in Sydney! It was worth the wait. The staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating too!
Go there around 4pm cos it seems like there's lesser people queuing for the restaurant around that time.
There’s a reason why there’s always a long queue for this restaurant: their ramen lives up to all expectations, and a few other side dishes were surprisingly very good too!
Service is friendly and efficient, and it’s nice to note that all the staff were wearing masks and the tables were wiped properly for the next customers.
Don’t be intimidated by the long lines, you’ll eventually get a table and understand what the fuss was all about.

Tried the signature ramen (No.7, $17.5) and should coriander (No.3, $19), changed to chewy and wavy noodle as I prefer thicker noodle. Excellent broth!
First time visit; came with family and luckily we arrived 10 min before opening and get on the front queues; overall ramen are good; services are fast and efficient; friendly staff;
