There are some few very stand out people who work here like Alex who is very understanding and quick to remedy any concerns, so efficient always. John the maintenance manager is amazing and is always ready to help
First, the reception wanted to double charge me even though I had paid online for accommodation already. And took way too long to check us in. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I paid more to have a kitchen and never got anything to cook on, so we had to get microwave food. I would recommend going
We booked for 5 - 2 adults, 3 children all 11 and under. When I booked, I called, requesting a roll-a-way. I followed up with an email, requesting the same. We booked a two bedroom deluxe.
When we arrived we discovered that it’s not two bedrooms in one apartment, it’s two rooms next to each other.
asked for an early checkin they said yes anytime after 12 once we arrived we had to wait an extra 2 hours as room wasn’t ready. Staff are incompetent and really don’t try to help you with anything, my friend checked us out and left my bag with them. They told me no bags were left at the receptionist
After checking in at 4.45pm Friday evening 22.04.22 we went to our room 625, the room had a funny smell to it when we walked in that was the first impression we got was what is that funky smell.

Worse hospitality ever, not sure how the manager (angela irene) got this job role, disgusting attitude. Was accused of noise complaint without even investigating. They should really reflect on their service. Such a nice location but ran by non educated manager.
