This is a welcoming hotel, the staff are always ready to help you and it's open 24/7. There are some few very stand out people who work here like Alex who is very understanding and quick to remedy any concerns, so efficient always. John the maintenance manager is amazing and is always ready to help fix anything at a drop of a hat, straight away. The Hotel is very cosy and quite considering you are on a busy road. The gym and pool facilities are good too. I also like the restaurant downstairs called Basil. It is well priced and a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel. They also accommodate young children which helps if you are a travelling family. You will be pleasantly surprised.
