Tori: Korean Street Food

After visiting the Burwood Festival in 2017 and trying Korean fishcakes by Tori (Korea Hand Made Fish Cake-G&A food), I’d been meaning to drop by their Chatswood shop. Finally got there today for an amazing pork & corn dog studded with cubed potatoes & lashed with duelling sauces. All the fun of the fairground on one stick! Fishcakes, tteokbokki (rice cakes) and fishcake soup rounded out our lunchtime Korean street food adventure.

Great quality Korean style fish cake. very nice texture. crispy outside and marshmallow-ish Tteok. very good. It was little bit pale in seasoning tho, touch more salt and white pepper will make it complete. Good work at the Korean festival! keep it up! :-)
