Love! Great coffee (awesome chocolate that comes with the coffee), great food and fabulous service! Every time I go it's amazing, and it's open really late often which is a bonus!
Super rich milk Belgium Mocha. Smooth & taste nice, but every time I get something from Oliver Brown I always feel a bit guilty afterward. Everything are so rich, it just can't be good for you! Hey, at least I enjoyed the 15 minutes while drinking it before the guilt kicked in.
Service wasn't great. The girl making the coffee was also taking orders at the cash register. We were there around lunch time and the place was almost empty and we still had to wait to order. The cakes on display did not have prices on them.
We ended up ordering a raspberry muffin, lemon meringue tart and an apple crumble. The lemon meringue tart was delicious, muffin was good too but I'm not a fan of the apple crumble however my companion liked it. Coffee was good too.
The service lets the whole experience down.
A great little pit stop inside the Westfield fresh food precinct. Quick and friendly service with an extensive menu.
So far I have only ordered take-away coffee but it was excellent quality. I would love to return and try something chocolatey 🙈
Went here recently with some friends. We had a chocolate milkshake, hot chocolate, cappuccino and waffle. Really enjoyed the chocolate which I'm told is made of real chocolate beans. The waffle was also pleasing. Nice place to go after eating dinner at the nearby food court.
Nice coffee and excellent service. I love Belgium chocolate. This place is good for chocolate lovers. Nutella cakes are amazing. Barista was amazing that he can make a swan on your flat white. 👯👯👯👯👯
The cakes in this cafe are so cute and tasty. Can never hold myself when I see those little art! Also excellent attitude ! The hot chocolate is also my favorite. Just imagine a cup of nice hot chocolate when ur cold! Great work !keep it on

Have been there for a few times, and each time I had a good experience. I love their hot chocolate, high quality and beautiful latte arts. Very good location, a nice place for brunch or rest after shopping. Will try their desserts in the future.
Dripping on the edges with overflowing hot chocolate, this was one epic drink. Comes with a cute little marshmallow on the side. For only $6.00 this is really good value compared to a ridiculous $9.00 from Guylian. However, I guess it’s all in the brand. Even though Guylian is admittedly better, Oliver Brown still serves up a mean dark hot chocolate. Perfect for winter.
Staff friendly. Coffe is ok. And Oreo cheese cake is really excellent. I love it!!! I gave 4 star cuz they accept cash only. 😅
EDIT: I recently went back on a Friday night, service was a huge improvement. Coffee was absolutely perfect and had a beautiful latte art. It's good to see the staff back on track, prompt, courteous, and enthusiastic!

Lack of customer service! 3 tables after me were served coffee before mine. I kindly reminded the staff and they just continued to clean and clear plates. Do they not understand that they should be prioritising my coffee? Just had to walk out. You need proper floor staff and managers.
